Answer:	I just used this last weekend. My tent was on a tent pad at a national park so large rocks/roots weren't an issue. I did not feel the ground at all (5'11"-175lbs). My only complaint is that the built-in pillow is very high for sleeping on my back and it only good for sleeping on your side. You may get a pressure point on your hip when on your side though after a period of time.

Answer:	A little. Not as noisy as my friend's Big Agnes Pad, probably about the same as the rustling sound that my sleeping bag makes, just more because the sleeping pad does it too. I used a microfiber pack towel under it, to absorb condensation from the tent and keep it from sliding around when sleeping on an incline, it worked fairly well and quieted it down a little.
