Answer:	There’s a hole where you either use your mouth or electrical pump to inflate. There are multiple areas (2 wings, head, body). It did not come with an adapter so some areas are harder to inflate. One of the wings of the flamingo broke after 2 use and had to pay for return shipping so I decided to take that as a loss. I would not recommend buying because it took a long to to inflate even with the use of electrical pump

Answer:	Mediums should be a good size, my 70 pound shepherd mix does either mediums or larges depending on if she has one or two in a day. Large would work for an Australian Shepherd as well, but that's actually quite a bit of biscuit for a 45 pound dog.

Answer:	If you get one side of the treat damp mine always slip right in. I also found out if you put the treats in upside down ( with the notches down) it takes longer for my dog to get out.

Answer:	I would guess that it's supposed to be 3.5 inches (for the medium). I don't have the toy handy to measure but I'm pretty sure it's right about that size. Like someone else said, about softball sized.
