Question: I have a dog that regardless of how much you exercise them still wakes up in the middle of the night. Will these help them sleep more than 3-4 hours

She either licks off the peanut butter or meat juice or flax oil or doesn't touch them at all. Maybe I received a bad batch or she is too particular. Answer: We noticed it worked that same day on on our dog Bella who has pain and a bad knee. It took about 3 days for our dog with anxiety to notice her starting to calm down. We did have to give her a couple extra chews because she has severe anxiety.

By the time the thunder started, both dogs were resting by me unconcerned. They do not overly sedate the dog but the trick is to give them an hour of two before the thunder is expected. The dosage to use is printed on the label.

Answer: I would think it depends on the size of the animal and dose. I have 2 large dogs (75 and 90 lbs). I give them each 1/3 of the dropper. After it takes effect, about 20 minutes, it will last several hours.
