Answer:	A lot of Walmarts are still taking pre-order in the Customer Service area. They require a minimun $32 downpayment and for it to be paid off before March 1st. I pre-ordered mine a few hours ago :D

Answer:	Turn the blade setting to highest level, mine is 2.0, and then attach a guide comb, 12 is the highest I have here. I’ve decided that 3 mm is the length I want for my dog but I started with the 12 mm for several grooms. It’s a personal preference. Start with the longest because you can always go shorter but you can’t glue the hair back on if it’s too short. Remember this is just my experience and I’m not an expert.

Answer:	I imagine you could hook them up to a preamp and make them active, but they are passive pickups. Can't comment on the sound yet as I just had them put in my MIM Fender P-Bass this weekend (at a local music store) and haven't had a chance to bring it home yet. I play flats on it and they were not cutting through the mix for me at church (plug into the boards through a preamp-styled direct box) and I was hoping the SPB-2s would give me a little more oomph and clarity than the stock MIMs (but not quite what the SPB-3 quarter pounders might produce).

WIll it last 10 years, hell no, but it works great, is powerful and VERY quiet. Works for now until I can shop for a professional pair
