Answer:	Yes I would say so as long as you stay within the weight limit. The bag is deep enough that I can put my 13 pound chihuahua completely in the bag and people wouldn't be able to see any part of her if I wanted to. On the flip side, my dog did almost fall out one time when I didnt have her far enough in the bag and I bent over a bit to unlock a door. So the bag is secure enough if you take the proper precautions too when changing directions and the bag shifts.

That said, my husband has shoulder problems and can’t carry her this way. Yorkies have short backs and are short in height and so if you are up to carrying 14 pounds on one shoulder the dog should fit ok in the satchel. The heavier dog might weigh it down so they rode below your hip. I am 5'8" and she rides even with my hip. If you sew, it would be easy enough to shorten the strap a few inches as needed. The thing I think you would LIKE about this with a 20 lb. dog is that the strap is wide and soft so would be fairly comfortable to bear the weight on your shoulder.

Answer:	It might work. I like the bag a lot and I have a 3 lb chihuahua. He likes sticking his head out of the opening which has a draw string, so I just keep it loose enough for him to do that. If both ferrets like to do that it might be hard for them to share the opening.

Answer:	Our dog is an 18 pound Schnauzer/poodle mix. We made it work, but it was tight. We flew on Southwest, so pretty good room under the seat- a small commuter jet might have been impossible. We had two flights each way and he did fine, although we did zip open the sides (animal is still contained by the mesh ) while in flight to let him spread out in the crate a bit. Additionally we had the middle seat empty for our flights so we used that seat's foot space to stow him. My husband and I both thought it might have been difficult on a more crowded flight.

Answer:	Sorry, I initially misunderstood the question. This was a gift for the grand babies, I did buy them liquid chalk, the left marks on the black surface. Not sure if it was the brand, but that's something that if it mattered to my handy daughter, could be repaired. All in all, it's a nice and (more importantly) sturdy activity table. The kids love it.
