Answer:	Hi, sorry I didn't put the ice directly into the bag, I used ice packs. The bag was a little smaller than expected but worked really good with the ice packs. Everything was very cold. Hope that helped.

Answer:	I found it very easy to open and close. It always clicked when in place. Proble for me was it took some pressure to release and then the plastic lever broke. Try pulling it past the lock position then release the lever. Good luck
