Answer:	These came without a chemical or ingredient sheet. They do have a mild plastic smell only when burning. I have J. Herbin, the best obtainable from France, they are wax but smell too, when burning. The Benemo's work very well, especially with my larger wax seals, easier than wax, they look beautiful but they won't separate from the envelopes, you have to cut around them, they stick for life. They mix well with a drop of essential oil for scent better than wax. I would buy these again, colors are sensational.

Answer:	Both. The woman’s are little smaller but the men’s are stronger. I can’t tell the difference. But I love them. Better than any insole I have ever tried.

Answer:	I have warriors and search for over a decade. I wear a size 8 shoe and order size inserts. I would recommend checking with The vendor for recommendation when you have a half size shoe size

Answer:	The "8W" means that this is a women's size 8. This orthotic is a medium width but can accomodate wide widths.
