Answer:	Hello, Some customers reported the same problem and they all finally fixed it. Maybe in the instruction sheet, we fail to make things clear, sorry about that. First of all could you please read carefully below key points and ensure you have done all of them correctly? If it still won't work, I will send a new replacement, no worries. 1. When charging, the motor glows red light; When fully charged, the light goes out. In the instruction sheet in the package, it mentions about the green light, please ignore it. We upgraded the motor only recently and haven’t got a chance to modify the instruction sheets; 2. It takes only about 90 mins to get the motor fully charged from "no battery power'. After the red light goes out, it indicates “fully charged”; 3. After fully charging the motor, be sure to flip the switch on and then tap the fish belly to get the fish moving just like cats would do with their paws. If you have tried all the things mentioned above, the fish still won't move or hold a charge, please reply to me and i will send you a new replacement. Don't worry. Answer:	No, the balls don't pop out at all. My cat has one of these and he loves it. The only issue with this toy is that if it isn't secured to a surface it scoots away from the cat every time they bat at the balls. I use earthquake putty to hold ours in place without having to damage the floor.

Answer:	The body of the mouse is about one and a half inches long. The tail adds about an extra inch and a half. Very life sized, light, & silent (no crinkly sound or bells inside). My cats love swatting these around. They have catnip inside.

Answer:	They are filled with white plush stuffing. My cat has about 20 of these and has only ripped up 1 or 2. Pretty well made and she loves them.

Answer:	I cut the tails off before I give them to my cats, and I strongly suggest you do too. I have noticed at least one of my cats tugging at the tail, but even if I hadn't seen that I would still cut the tails off. Better safe than sorry.

Answer:	Yes. Didn't realize until after purchase. Says "designed in the USA. Made in China" in tiny print on the back of the package. Also says "Manufactured for Worldwise, Inc, Novato CA"...My cats have ignored this toy even though both love catnip & one loves balls. I was disappointed they didn't like it but now that I see it's made in China I'm kinda glad.
