Answer:	We are glad to let us know that second camera will be available to purchase within a month.
Question:	Can I charge this in Europe with a simple adapter
Answer:	The unit comes with 2 AC adapters with female USB ports. One is for the camera and the other is for the monitor. These are the standard ones that most cell phone chargers use. The one I have for the monitor has the following printed on it. "Input: 110-240V 50/60HZ 0.35A max" and "Output: 5V 2000mA". So depending on the European country and what the electricity supply there looks like, the answer is YES if the supply falls within the input range above, but you should confirm. Given the input range, you probably don't need to buy a separate converter/transformer to step up or down the power. It's probably better to just use the AC adapters that came with the unit.
Question:	Is there a multi camera option
Answer:	There is a setting for it on the monitor. It includes an option to cycle between cameras.
Question:	I am sure I am not the only one wondering... But when are you launching the second camera feature
Answer:	Today is April 8, 2019, and we have also been waiting patiently for a second camera based on the seller's promise of Mid-March or Mid-April. To the seller, please provide an update to the timeline, or we too will soon have to consider switching to an option that allows for two or more cameras. It is a great product, but we are/were depending on a second camera functionality.

Question:	Is the distance range really close to 1,000 feet? I want to use this as a barn monitor for baby goats, and our barn is quite a ways from the house
Answer:	During lambing season, we left the "parent" portion plugged in at the barn and the baby monitor in the house. I often had to relink the devices when I went down to the barn, but then I could listen to be sure everything was fine in the house or use the walkie talkie feature to page my husband for help during late-night treks to check for lambs. I'm not great at judging distances, but our barn is probably 200'-300' away from the house and we were using it in the basement.
Question:	Is anyone using two (2) of these units successfully without problems
Answer:	Yes, we have two units and are using them because we wanted more than 2 parent monitors. You cannot link the two, but we wanted more parent units. Here is what we did. - Put both baby monitors in same room - One set of parent units will "hear" one of the baby monitors - Other set of parent units will "hear" the other baby monitor - Put the 4 parent units in the rooms we wanted them in. All 4 parent units will hear the same thing - Only drawback is that only 2 parent units can talk to each other; the other 2 parent units can talk to each other Works for what we need. Gives us 4 parent units, and we put 2 for daytime use and 2 for night time. The daytime parent units are in different rooms, which we will be in during the day. The 2 for night time are near the bed or TV room. It has been working for us.
Question:	Does the baby unit have a rechargeable battery too, or just the parent unit
Answer:	I would love for the baby unit to be battery operated but contrary to the first reply, it doesn’t have a battery mode to use without having to be plugged in, just the parent unit.

Answer:	The video monitors do no filter the noise coming from the baby’s room. We have a more expensive video monitor and ended up buying this one to replace it because the sound quality on the video monitor was terrible and when it transmitted the noise machine from the nursery it was impossible to sleep through. This monitor only transmits sound above a custom level that you set, so you don’t listen to every little peep from your little one, just the distress calls.

Answer:	There are I believe 11 preset sounds. Unfortunately, a campfire is not one of them. You can not load any new sounds. I use the wind sounds a lot more like ocean waves and although that is another sound I like the wind sound better. I do have to say though that I absolutely love this machine. My daughter sleeps so much better with it. I love that you can preset it to go on and off when you want it to.
Question:	Does there have to be 1 min. between programs? I would like for it to change from red (sleep) to green (wake) without turning off in between
Answer:	Great question! If there is any overlap, the second program will override the first. For example, if your bedtime program runs until 8:05am, and your morning program is set to start at 8:00am... your Rest will switch from bedtime to morning at 8:00am. Answer:	Yes each device is managed separately in the Hatch app, really easy/inuitive. I actually have one for my toddler and newborn too - it's the only sound machine out there that I came across that you can program by time!:)
Question:	Will my kid override me? How limited can his options be from inside his room? Can he change it after one of my programs begins
Answer:	It is possible to control the light and sound settings directly from the device, BUT in the newest app update they added a "Toddler Lock" feature that fixes this problem. Question:	Does parent units have separate power adapters? So that I can set them plugged in, always on, without having to worry about charging every night
Answer:	Yes they do - that is exactly how we use the parent units - always powered on using their wall adapters.
Question:	Has anyone tried this across two separate buildings? My mother has dementia and lives in a cottage just 10 feet next to our house. She has fallen, forgot that she has a Lifeline, and just yells out to me (fortunately she got up ok that time). She keeps her TV on all the time so I am also wondering whether we would hear
Answer:	Was caregiver for in laws had 2 of these front of house living room and bedroom could hear them talking ALL the time even over the very load radio I live in a house that's about 500 ft from them have recommended these to anyone taking care of the elderly hospice has even recommend them to others after seeing how mine worked just be prepared they pick up EVERYTHING
Question:	If I buy two of these (2 baby units/4 parent units) will they all work together? One baby unit in each child's room, parent units spread around home
Answer:	I would think so, but I'm not sure. Unless you can put them on different channels, you wouldn't know which kid was making the noise. I wouldn't buy these again anyway. The parent unit frequently loses the signal from the baby unit and makes an annoying beeping sound. It's frustrating when that's what wakes you up in the middle of the night.
Question:	Can the two parent units be used to communicate with one another? (Like a walkie talkie so parents can talk without being heard on the baby unit
Answer:	Great IDEA for a feature, but as far as I'm aware, the "baby unit" is always in the communication loop. However, as I think about this, it might be possible to lower the volume on the baby unit to the point it can't be heard in the nursery so the parents COULD talk on the other 2 units. It's late tonight, but I'll check this theory out for you sometime tomorrow & re-edit this answer so we'll know for sure. ***stay tuned*** -----------Update 7/23/13: Checked for you this morning & unfortunately, the "baby" unit's LOWEST volume level is still audible. So, no, you can't communicate between the two "parent" units without the "baby" unit broadcasting the sound. Even though you can talk to one another, "baby" can always hear. Hope that helped you!

• Crystal clear sound with DECT 6.0 digital technology. The best reception can be obtained by placing units away from cordless phones or other electronic devices, and make sure the parent unit is 3 feet (1 meter) away from the baby unit.
• You can choose to hear sounds from the baby unit all the time, or to hear sounds that exceed a certain VOX level. And set the parent unit to alert you with sound or vibration.
• The parent unit is operated with the rechargeable battery or by AC power. A fully charged battery can operate 9 to 16 hours depending on monitor's sensitivity settings. As it takes up to 11 hours for the battery to be fully charged, turn the parent unit off while charging can help shorten the charging time.
• The parent unit is preset to plays an audio Safety Reminder when it is connected to a baby unit. You may turn it off by pressing MENU / REMINDER / SELECT / OFF after your initial set up.
