Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	From what I experience with most cleaners, not just Bubba's, even after steam cleaning, the stain may remain on black light. Usually, the stains fade, and if you get right down there, most the time the smell is gone, which is what matters to me. I can usually tell old stains from New stains under black light. For me though it's all about the smell!
Question:	does it help take odor off hardwood floors
Answer:	I have not tried this on a berber carpet - but I have Surya Wool Area Rugs that our cat likes to throw up hair balls on and I was SO hesitant to try this as other products I have tried on the carpets in our bedrooms have bleached the carpet - after all the reviews and research I did - I took the plunge and am SO happy that I did. I first tried it on the old stains in our bedroom carpets and was amazed!! Finally took to the wool area rugs and what a great job this does!! Good Luck!!

Answer:	I've been using this with my carpet shampoo cleaner and its been a real life saver. I have a Hoover upright carpet cleaner, and I use 2 capsules of angry orange in the water tank. This stuff is extra concentrated, so I don't recommend using any more than that.

Answer:	I had a roommate that left behind 100 dog urine spots in a 225 sq foot room. The carpeting is 40 year old wool, otherwise in beautiful shape. The smell was horrendous once cold weather set in and windows were always closed. I purchased just about every urine removal product available and nothing worked. I hated the idea of having to rip out and throw away this beautiful wool carpeting. I searched the internet for solutions and found a formula for 32 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1/4-1/2 cu baking soda and 1 tbsp of dish soap. Unfortunately I don't have any wood surfaces, so can't tell you how the product would work on that. But I did pour the mixture mentioned into the carpet and enough to soak into the padding. The instructions said to let it dry, vacuum out baking soda powder. I had to shampoo the carpeting as it is a darker color and I could still see baking soda powder once dry. I've sniffed every inch of the carpet and it smells good now. Unfortunately the Angry Orange,though filling my home with an amazing aroma, did not remove the odor, even when a dilution was poured into the carpet and allowed to soak for days. If the spot you are trying to clean is out of the way, you might try the peroxide. For a wood floor, I would suggest covering the treated area with something to help the mixture penetrate the surface for a day or so. Sadly, both urine and possibly this mixture could permanently stain.

Answer:	It was probably made in China. The paint is very thin, and would not hold up well outdoors. It is cute, though.

Answer:	I am very confused because these answers are all over the place. One person says she houses 6 feral cats in this (I have 6 feral cats), and someone else says 1 cat, someone else says 2-3 cast but no more. Help! I really need to house 1 mother and 5 young cats (they are kittens of about 2 months now, but will be bigger come the winter.

Question:	I have a full load of laundry that my cat has peed on. How do i use this product in the washing machine
Answer:	The instructions say to spray affected area with product (use a spray bottle) and let soak 10 min. Then was as normal with your regular detergent. What I would do: I would just fill the machine with luke warm water and add a 1/2 cup and let it soak for 10-30 min. Then, put in laundry detergent and finish.
Question:	Can you use it on tile floor that is on top of cement
Answer:	I don't see why not. Unless your floor tile is marble or something like that.
Question:	Does this product dull hardwood floors. We just had our floors redone and I don't want to ruin them

Question:	Does it come with a sprayer
Answer:	This will work on your outside patio. We suggest wetting the area first and then applying the Ur-In-Control. This will help the product to penetrate. Keep the area moist with the product. It remains active while it's wet and will stop working when dry. Hope this helps!
Question:	I bought the gallon container with plans to use garden sprayer. The label does not say if it is to be diluted or used full strength
Answer:	Add a little water to the spot and then apply the Ur-In-Control. This works best when the area remains moist.
Question:	Does it harm animals
Answer:	No. As a matter of fact, it took away the cat pee smell and replaced it with a chemical smell which is a mixture of ammonia and sulfur. It's worse than the cat pee smell. I would NOT recommend this product.
Question:	How often do you have to spray "trouble areas"? I manage an aparment community that has a pet area & receiving complaints about the urine odors
Answer:	Yes. This didn’t work the best for us. We tried several store products that didn’t work. Our cat had peed on carpeting at the bottom of stairs. This is what finally worked: Spray vinegar and water saturating the area until wet, not just damp. Then sprinkle Borax, don’t be stingy, just cover the area and let it sit til caked up, will turn yellow from pee. The Borax solution pulls pee and odor out of carpeting. Then, scrape off caked borax, using a wide-blade caulking spatula, then repeat until smell is gone. We did about 3 or 4 times but you have to go by door. At the end of all this, (smell gone) we used thin white cotton dish rags we bought from Walmart, like in a bunch for $8 or $9. Stood on them to soak up excess liquid. It’s quite a job but it’s the only thing we tried that worked. Store-bought products didn’t work.
