Answer:	I've been using this with my carpet shampoo cleaner and its been a real life saver. I have a Hoover upright carpet cleaner, and I use 2 capsules of angry orange in the water tank. This stuff is extra concentrated, so I don't recommend using any more than that.

Answer:	I had a roommate that left behind 100 dog urine spots in a 225 sq foot room. The carpeting is 40 year old wool, otherwise in beautiful shape. The smell was horrendous once cold weather set in and windows were always closed. I purchased just about every urine removal product available and nothing worked. I hated the idea of having to rip out and throw away this beautiful wool carpeting. I searched the internet for solutions and found a formula for 32 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1/4-1/2 cu baking soda and 1 tbsp of dish soap. Unfortunately I don't have any wood surfaces, so can't tell you how the product would work on that. But I did pour the mixture mentioned into the carpet and enough to soak into the padding. The instructions said to let it dry, vacuum out baking soda powder. I had to shampoo the carpeting as it is a darker color and I could still see baking soda powder once dry. I've sniffed every inch of the carpet and it smells good now. Unfortunately the Angry Orange,though filling my home with an amazing aroma, did not remove the odor, even when a dilution was poured into the carpet and allowed to soak for days. If the spot you are trying to clean is out of the way, you might try the peroxide. For a wood floor, I would suggest covering the treated area with something to help the mixture penetrate the surface for a day or so. Sadly, both urine and possibly this mixture could permanently stain.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	The backing is made of EVA material. It's a kind of plastics, so it's waterproof. Urine can be prevented soaking through effectively.

Answer:	Must be litter? IDK .. It's not needed for the mat. This mat btw, is brilliant. I don't know how I got along without it!
Question:	Is that difficult to pour out the litter inside the mat
Answer:	It is not difficult at all. Be aware, however, that certain litters have a mixture of different sizes of materials in them and some are slightly larger than the holes in the mat and stay on top of the mat. This doesn't present a problem as long as you don't turn the mat over before you want to dump it. It's really a great product.
Question:	Our cats tend to pee over the front of the box, making the pad wet. Will this work
Answer:	Hi, We suggest you slip pads in the middle of the mat. It's urine-proof, but to keep clean, regularly cleaning the litter mat is neccessary.

Answer:	I don't believe it is treated at all. Says "Natural"...
Question:	Has the rope been treated with flame retardant chemicals? I’m looking for rope that has not been treated, as those chemicals can cause thyroid issues
Answer:	I got 164FT and it is 6mm (which is 0.236inches). Says in title "Yangbaga Cat Natural Sisal Rope for Scratching Post Tree Replacement, Hemp Rope for Repairing, Recovering or DIY Scratcher, 6mm Diameter, Come with a Sisal Ball" I am pretty sure all these are 6mm which is a big part of why I purchased it. This is a good size for multiple cat cat trees.
Question:	What is the diameter of the rope
Answer:	You tie the rope to itself. I wrapped the rope a couple times, put a tie flat again the post, wrapped the final 2 loops over the tie and tied it. The use it to hold the tension of the rope.

Yangbaga Cat Scratching Post Sisal Rope

You may trouble with how fast your love cats destroyed the rope on the scratching post but the structure is still good. Or you may worry about that your cats will get strange and unhappy if you throw away the old ones. But now with the rope and some glue, you can make the old ones as new.

There are 2 ways to do this repair to a scratching post:

1. You could make a secure knot at the bottom of the post's tube, and then TIGHTLY, spiral the rope around the tube. This should end in another Tight knot to finish off.
2. For this one you will also need to purchase/use a hot glue gun. Attach the end of the rope to the bottom of the cardboard tube, this should be placed on the hot glue. A good helping of glue will need to be used at the start and finish, this is to cover the beginning and end, 360°round the poll. Once you are happy with how it looks, cut the rope and leave one night to dry
