Answer:	Compared to what? Any grinder can grind something like that but it depends on how much of a hurry you're in, how fast the work goes. This is a bare tool so if you already have an investment in Ryobi's 18V tools so you have the battery and charger already, this makes sense for that considering they are merely "small uneven areas". If you were instead trying to do a lot of concrete cutting, I would think this has insufficient power to do that in a timely fashion, and yet, if you rarely (or even only ONCE) do this kind of job, it might make more sense to pay less for the tool and just spend a few more minutes doing the work rather than paying for capability you won't use again.

Answer:	this 2" dia. tool cuts and is primarily designed for cnc milling. due to the optimum speeds and feeds that carbide is run at for best performance and tool life, CNC's are the only way to achieve that. (handles don't crank that fast, ha). That is an official answer, off the record, it will work fine on a manual mill. In most steels, I recommend about 900-1200 rpm, with a good constant feed with chips that turn to a brown or even blue but not until they leave the tool.

Answer:	The bore of this AccusizeTools - 4" x 1-1/2" 90 Deg. Square Shoulder Indexable Face Mill with 8 APKT1604 Inserts installed, #4508-0020B is 1-1/2"; so if you use them for CAT40, the arbor is 6780-7108 which is CAT40 to 1-1/2" ; if you use them for CAT50 which is CAT50 to 1-1/2" , the arbor is 6780-7136; you can find them all in Amazon.com. if use this cutter on Bridgeport mill, the arbor is FG22-8096 which is R8 to 1-1/2". Question:	do you sell an MT2 arbor for this face mill? what is the part number
Answer:	I don't sell them, only use. It may be possible to find an MT2 arbor, but it will need to have a system to hold to hold the arbor in the spindle, like an R8 or C5 spindles have, otherwise the vibrations will knock the arbor loose and cause problems (possibly personal injury, damage to tooling, and damage to other objects in room).

Answer:	The manual does not recommend use of cut off wheels because, like most angle grinders, the guard is designed mainly for grinding applications, and does not enclose the cut off wheel sufficiently to completely block shrapnel from a shattered wheel. I use mine with a type 27 cut off wheel, but I also use gloves and a face shield and am very careful to avoid sideways pressure on the cut off wheel. Using the tool this way is, for me, a calculated risk. Many angle grinder manufacturers recommend a special guard for cut off wheels, one that more fully encloses the wheel in case it shatters. Most grinders don't come with the special guard (sometimes called a type 1 guard), but many grinders have the guard available as an accessory (like the Makita 9557PBX1 which includes the cut off wheel guard as part of a kit. I don't think the Ryobi has such a kit available, but you might be able to get a universal cut off wheel guard from Harbor Freight, or elsewhere.

Answer:	If I remember correctly, mine didn't but this is my 14th RYOBI 18V tool so, I have plenty of bateries. This one is only OK because it is a little weak, you can't put much pressure on the rock without stalling out. Good for light work but limited production.
