Question:	Why does my sauna’s temp drop after 20 minutes of sitting in it no matter what it starts to go down? Is it broke
Answer:	Let me help you all—just dońt tell serene life. The temperature is auto regulated via a thermostat. The temperature sensor, however, is placed directly by the heating element which means, as you know, that the internal temperature never really reaches the desired setting and drops of rapidly when the heater shuts off. What I did was move the temperature sensor away from the heating element and that not only voided my warranted but it fixed the problem and made my sauna actually work as desired. Yay!
Question:	Does anyone perhaps sit on the floor so that your head is in the sauna as well? I'm thinking about improving my skin on my face. Not just sweating
Answer:	I have, but it was uncomfortable for me. Thats just me. I put a towel over my head and it works pretty good. I would be nice if SereneLife would come up with a lay down version.
Question:	Does this deliver infrared or far infrared therapy?? I've read of the benefits of far infrared therapy, not infrared
Answer:	From other questions answered and other reviews online, I believe it is far infrared. I plan to use it for helping with my autoimmune health issues. This brand was one of the ones my functional medicine doctor approved of as well.

Answer:	I usually stay away about 1-2 feet to prevent from burning my face. It may need to add more water or maybe some parts were not installed properly? I would double check, sometimes we may miss a small detail. Let it run on without using it, maybe it needs a cleaning. I hope it's useful and good luck!

Answer:	I would say, yes this could be used for a sunglass case. It would not fit any oversized sunglasses. I placed a smaller pair of Kate Spade sunglasses in the case and they fit with room to spare. The case is longer than the sunglass case that came with the glasses (about 2 inches). But this would still work if that is what you want to use it for.

Answer:	I think these might work nicely for that. I have 2 of these & haven’t really had a chance to use them yet but can see how they could work for multi purposes. Answer:	I would not recommend using any steam. After approximately 7 minutes you will feel the internal sauna working! The panels on the side produce the heat which has far greater benefits than just steam. No steam necessary. During a heavy metal detox, I used the same sauna. I removed the chair and put a towel on the floor of the sauna and sat in the middle meditating with the top closed. Rarely, if ever could I make it the entire time. So far it is working great! I love my purple sparkles!
