Question:	On an 18 by 38 net, what is the inside dimension of the grommets
Answer:	Yes!! That's what I do. I actually use two. The first one lays across the pool, touched the water. The second I get a size smaller and run a wire from end to end, my pool is forty foot long. I stretch it from front to back and side to side using stakes in the ground around the pool. While the leaves are falling many just blow across as the top net is not touching the water. After all the leaves have falling, usually end of nov I will then mulch up all the leaves in my yard, and then take the top cover off and scoop up and leaves that got under the top cover. I leave my pool open during the winter. I have done this for the last several years and it works great. No need to daily scooping leaves off the cover until they all fall. Works for me. And these covers are pretty good for the price. Small netting too.

Question:	what is the materials
Answer:	Can the cover stand up to high concentrations of chlorine? I installed the net over my winter cover as pictured. I don't add chemicals in the winter. But if I were going to do that, I would pull back both covers and pour directly into the pool. I wouldn't think the net would enjoy the experience.
Question:	Can this mesh cover be used without a wenter cover under it? I do not cover my pool in the winter
Answer:	Run the wire through the holes on each side of the outside of mechanism (one end of wire through one side and the other end of the wire through the other side) then run each end through the center holes of the center spindle and turn wing nut to tighten. Same way as you do for the pool cover.

Answer:	it wont pull that tight on my 26 ft round pool but it may work on the smaller pool .the cover attaches with a cable

Answer:	Yes. The grommets are metal. The mesh is very fine. Very nice net. It comes with the same tie down that most winter covers use. We don't use that. I went to home Depot and bought a spool of 1/4 inch bungy cord and turned it into a giant hair net. Makes it easy to take on and off. We used it all summer. This winter I will put it on using the cable until spring.

Answer:	I would use this on top of a cover for winter. It keeps leaves and debris, but does not keep dirt out.

Answer:	Probably better off in summer because it won't be that heavy and clumsy when you remove it.I had mine on through winter months and it was kinda hard to remove without leaves falling in because of the accumulated weight.That's a problem you won't have because you'll be removing it often.

Question:	I just need to cover a pool at night to increase the pool temperature 5 F. Would this work
Answer:	This won't increase the water temperature. It will stop some evaporation and slow the water cooling. If you want to preserve the water temperature you would do better to look at thermal blankets for pools. They're basically heavy duty bubble wrap and not that expensive. I've used them and had good luck. Try to get a clear one so the sun can get through it to warm the water when it's left on during the day.

Question:	Does this catch acorns
Answer:	We have two long, black small diameter PVC poles running under the net to lift it up a couple of feet, like low tent. The ends of the pole/pipe easily can be buried at the edge of the pond or lodged against rocks for stability.

Answer:	It can be put on by one person but much easier with two. I put it on myself by fastening two points on the trailing side/end, then pulling one side across at a tine until it covered the pool cover. Then I ran the edge wire around and tightened it down.

Answer:	This is a net cover, its full of holes. If your asking how your cover drains, you need to put a pillow (blown up) in the center, this creates a rise so the water runs to the outside where you can pump it or siphon it out after rains.
