Question:	How does the on/auto/off function work when in auto position
Answer:	It all depends on how many hours you expect these to work. I have used them for 500 hrs before replacement. The velcro can get less sticky but it still works after 500 hrs; I have not found this to be a big issue for myself but others may be more particular. If you want top performance all the time, you will have to replace most of the cycling clothing and components fairly regularly.

Answer:	Everything pictured. Cell, wires and control panel. Replaced an existing system. Took my husband about 30 minutes to switch out.
Question:	is this for 40k gallon pool or 25 k? Title says 40K description says 25K, which is it
Answer:	Up to 40K. I have one and it works fine on my 40k pool.
Question:	Is the flow switch built in? because mine came without it
Answer:	The flow switch is seperate. It came with my unit. The switch is a safty. The salt cell will burn up if water is not moving.
Question:	Do this unit require a flow switch
Answer:	Yes. It is included with this product. It is 2" dia., and includes 1.5" dia. bushings/adapters, which I used for my installation. It has a small gauge cable that plugs into the bottom of the control panel. My salt cell is installed in horizontal pipe, which turns 90 deg downward after the cell. About 12" (recommended) after the 90, I installed the flow switch in vertical position.

The ChlorMaker DO (drape over) includes a small control panel that can be attached to the skirt of the spa, a class 2 power supply that can be plugged into an outlet near the spa with a 15 foot cord and a chlorine generating cell that drapes over the side of the spa into the water.



The ChlorMaker DO operates on a 3 hour cycle and will automatically make chlorine for part of each 3 hour period depending on the power level selected. Question:	what is the electrode made of ? Copper? Stainless ? Titanium
Answer:	I use seventh generation free and clear liquid laundry detergent with these pods for soiled clothing and linens with great success. Does that answer you question? I have chemical sensitivity and am prone to rashes. These products together don't cause any skin irritations. Love them!
Question:	Is the unit that goes on the outside of the spa waterproof
Answer:	I don't have septic but according to their website http://www.grabgreenhome.com/bleach-alternative-pods/#tab-faqs it is safe. I really like this product - it does an amazing job and I just through in with light colors - doesn't have to be all whites.
Question:	How long does the cell last? I use my spa 3-4 times a week
Answer:	Yes, I use it all the time: whites, colors, everything. I don't think it is causing more fading than I would get with a regular wash. I am a horse vet and it seems to be helping to get the clothes clean without bleaching....
Question:	Will the salt in the water damage any metal parts for example things like heating elements, motor shafts, metal trims etc
Answer:	Be careful ,even Clorox if you don't get the one that says kills corona virus /99.9% of all germs. You are just gettin bleach that is just a whitener and removes stains. In other words theres 2 kinds of bleach, read carfully

Question:	This unit has any capability for working via an app for remote monitoring
Answer:	Dear Valued Customer, thank you for your question. We are always devoted to research and develop the kind of app for remote monitoring so it is on the way to be developed.
Question:	How do you check the settings to see if the correct cell type is chosen? And how do you change it if it is not correct? Could this cause inaccurate #s
Answer:	To check the cell type on my unit I press the middle button between the left and right arrow (I think it says menu). It will cycle through the options. You use the left and right arrow buttons to select the correct cell type. It can absolutely cause inaccurate #'s and the cell may stop generating salt. I have found that Blue Works support is very good. If this does not solve your problem, if you call them during regular business hours, they are answering the phones even though they were not working last month.
Question:	What benefit does the Smart Chlorinator Program provide
Answer:	It only generates chlorine when the levels are low. Whatever it does we have not had to add any chlorine to our pool despite massive amounts of rain. The level had remained perfect. We have only added salt once and that was because of the amount of rain we had gotten.
