Answer:	I think you are saying a mouse "ate" through the cable? My cat ate through mine - the company replied to my comment saying to get a 5mm cable - however the cable we got apparently isn't enough wattage and basically killed the two seperate functions. Likely will have to replace the unit unless the company can provide a direct link to a cable that we can purchase.

Answer:	Hello John. DE doesn't dry internal worms out or cut them, it prevents the larvae from becoming adults. Using DE isn't a quick fix because you have to wait out for the adult pinworms to die. According to the CDC, the life span of the pinworm is about 2 months. You can take about a teaspoon of DE a day. Just mix it with a drink to make it easier to take.
Question:	how do i treat the dogs for fleas with this stuff
Answer:	Start at the base of the tail. Push the fur back to reveal the skin and then apply DE directly to the skin. Continue working your way towards the head, repeating this same process over and over. Apply DE everywhere except for the eyes, nose, and ears. There isn't a health risk, it just can irritate those areas. Be sure to treat your home at the same time.
Question:	does it help eliminate bed bugs fast and efficiently
Answer:	Bedbugs are a nightmare. This stuff will get the job done, but you can't approach it like you would a normal infestation. Scorch the earth. 1. Vacuum every corner of the room. Disassemble the bed and vacuum every section of it on every side. Remove the vacuum bag and set it on fire. 2. Liberally pour DE around the baseboards, around the bed, and everything you might have slept on since kindergarten. 3. Spray all surfaces that might have hosted a bedbug with 70% alcohol. Isopropyl, Ethyl, or Methyl; doesn't matter. 4. Repeat for 4-6 weeks. It seems harsh, but it gets the job done. All you have to do then is figure out where you got them from in the first place... Seriously important, or the whole thing will start all over again.

Answer:	it's immediate as far as killing bed bugs that you see. it takes a few hours to saturate your mattress and box spring to kill the eggs. it should last permanently but if not they say several months and reapply it
