Answer:	I let my bottle dry out between uses at first with the top off. Then I put it in the pantry with top closed. The next time I use it, the filter seems to take a short time to absorb water so I let it sit with water in it then it comes up the straw easily.

Answer:	I don’t know where it is made but I can say it is the best cycle bottle I have ever used. I use it as a go anywhere drink bottle. In the heat of summer it keeps drinks ice cold for many hours. I highly recommend them.

Answer:	Thanks for your question. I notice the issue. We sold out of the full coat at the moment, so we only have the 1/2 coat available. When we have both styles available, you can choose between the two. Since the full coat is out of stock, Amazon doesn't notify the version available. That's very confusing. I will contact seller support to see how we can make it clear for shoppers like you.

Question:	How can I collect on the lifetime guarantee? Had it 3 weeks, my daughter dropped it in the tile floor and the hinge cracked in two
Answer:	I’m not sure if they cover damage. They usually do not leak unless dropped on their hard plastic cap (which my girls eventually do). The company DID replace the one bottle that leaked right from the start, with no damage to it.
Question:	Is the spout hard plastic
Answer:	Yes. It's very durable. My son usually destroys the mouth pieces but this none has held up very well. Definitely would recommend.
Question:	Has anyone had trouble with mold
Answer:	my son has been using this every day in his lunch box for two straight months cleaning often with no mold issues.
