I called the 800# for TBI Pro, described the problem, and they're sending a replacement 2pk to me asap. Maybe they have a bad batch of these units.

Answer:	They don't make any sound at all. They do have a small red light that flashes occasionsaly, to tell you its working.

Answer:	Bell and Howell Ultrasonic Pest Repeller or Riddex Sonic Plus Pest Repeller? I'll need to buy about 20 of them (have a barn I keep some stuff in as well as my house).
Question:	Does it affect indoor dogs
Answer:	It doesnt effect any dogs or cats. It will affect a hamster, gerbil and guinnipigs animals of this nature it will effect.
Question:	work for squirrels
Answer:	As previously written, yes this product did work on a squirrel that I had in my attic, after one day or so, of the Riddex Sonic Plus being plugged in, I no longer heard the action of the squirrel above my head.
