Answer:	This can be tricky if you have never seen it. The steering wheel is attached to the front wheels using a compression fit. This is done by using something called a collet. The nut on the top of the wheel as it tightens, moves a tapered shaft into this collet, which expands outward to grip the inside of the tube. If you take the top apart, you can see the collet and how the slots will expand outward as you tighten the nut. It works very well. Answer:	Yes, constantly. And at the least opportune times. This is a great little car but the steering bolt is a problem, and I am unable to find a replacement anywhere (we lost ours).
Question:	Has anyone used this in the snow
Answer:	Mine did this at first. The bolt wasn't quite tight enough to start so it just kept spinning and wasn't attaching to the car. Try to tighten the nut/bolt just a bit before inserting the handle into the wheel shaft. Should tighten and stay tightened this way. At least this has worked for me on both that we have purchased. Also use a screwdriver through the hole on the "tool" provided. This will allow you to tighten it significantly more than without and it should stay tightened.

Question:	should there be pre-drilled holes for assembly
Answer:	No.... To minimize risks posed by drill shavings, the screws provided are designed to pierce plastic and form their own threads. Our manufacturing process does not allow us to consistently place pre-drilled holes into parts without creating plastic shavings, which are considered small parts. We instead provide location points for screws as shown in the product instructions. The metal screws are self-tapping and when downward pressure or force is applied onto screw with screwdriver, the screw will drive into the plastic and create a hole. This would be the same or true of driving screws into a wood board without a hole. If needed or preferred, you can use a small nail with a hammer and pound a nail in a bit to create a starter hole and then take out install screw. A power screwdriver or rechargeable drill can also be used to aid installing screws but we do not always recommend as driving screws in too far can strip out the plastic and cause other damage. Answer:	Measure from foot to knee. you want the top straps to be 1"-2" below the back crease of your knee. I'm 6' 4" at 240 size 13 the large has more than enough adjustment.

Answer:	I am not an arborist but I have not seen any lasting affects to my queen palms. I use an extension ladder to minimize the spike holes on the lower portion of the trunks. There will be some damage from the spike holes but they do become less noticeable over time.

Answer:	You need a good sturdy pair of boots. Also full body harness and a tree strap to keep you secured to the tree.With the tree climbers I also ordered:Ab17520 protecta harness and hss lineman climbing strap. The three together have worked out wonderfully. I use them to trim my 35 feet tall palm trees.

Answer:	It does not fold up. You would have to take it apart, which I have never done. I do not believe it would be hard to take it apart though. Save the box to keep it in. I bought it about a year ago or so. It is best, in my opinion, for kids less than 3! It tends to tip a little when the bigger kids try to climb the steps to get on but it is outside in the grass so the bottom isn't as stable as if it were in the house like it was during the winter.
