I just went outside and measured, the interior dimensions are: EXACTLY 48 inches wide from side to side, but the doors are not straight across, they are shaped like a wave and from front to back the measurement is only 20" at its narrowest and about 22 at the widest.

Answer:	We live in Ohio and it get real cold here also. It is durable plastic and seems pretty sturdy when closed up but when opening it up just the top it is flimsy if you open the front doors its really flimsy. We put chairs in ours and so far through a couple of storms they have started dry no water has gottenin. We really thought for the price it would be more sturdy but so far it has work well for us. Aslo not as much room as we thought. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I'm not sure of the inside dimensions, but I will STRONGLY advise NOT to buy this product!!! It uses Cardboard for the back wall which makes the whole cabinet unstable. Wayfair, as I found out after I got this one, has ones that are all hard sturdy plastic
