Answer:	It will work on Husqvarna weed eaters. Don't know about the Poulan. This cord was slightly larger than my lawnmower starter rope. Compare yours to a mower rope and see if you think it will be ok. I bought the spool so I'd have some on hand for all my lawn equipment.

Answer:	It fit my Cub Cadet 680 Hydro, but the ZT1 is a very different machine. I suggest you purchase a cap made for the ZT1, but if you want to try it (perhaps to get the fuel gauge), measure how deep the tank is from the filler to the bottom, and make sure the length of the float shaft is a bit less than that. The other important measurement is the diameter and thread pitch of the filler neck. The specs list this one as 2"
