Answer:	This is an "RV" 50amp-120/240 receptacle, it is also the same as a "Stove plug" with some slight difference. So to answer your question: Yes one side of the receptacle has a larger slot then the other.

Answer:	This receptacle is designated NEMA 14-50R. It will only mate with NEMA 14-50P plug. If you are planning to plug other than the latter, it is not going to work. You need to make an adapter (NEMA 14-50P plug + cord + same type receptacle as your plug) so that you can use this receptacle. You should also be knowledgeable as to wiring so that there are no miswiring or electrical code deficiencies. If you are unsure, ask a qualified electrical pro.

Answer:	We are on our second one. No idea why it is breaking as I have taken them apart and can't find issue. I would say it is worth the money as they have replaced it twice already, so good warranty.

Answer:	These Lightboards... all of them, come with a USB cable. They typically do NOT come with the AC Power Adapter which you can plug into the wall outlet and which as you probably already know comes with Cellphones.... and you probably have 4 of them already in your home... and if not, they cost $1 at Dollar General and other $1 stores.

Answer:	It does not require charging. It should be lit continuously when plugged in and turned on.

Answer:	it will connect to a USB port, in a computer, if you have a cellphone charger with the USB Plug that will also work. If not you could get one from Amazon you are looking for a USB wall Charger or a USB charging Station that has a few ports in it that 4-6 devices can be used at the same time. I have noticed more and more items are coming this way, I even got an electric pencil sharpener and it had a USB cord for the power out let. Our cell phones came that way as well. Good Luck the product is worth the hassle or at least it was for our family, we have 4 budding artists. We ended up buying Anker USB Wall Charger, 60W 6 Port USB Charging Station, PowerPort 6 Multi USB Charger for iPhone XS/Max/XR/X/8/7/Plus, iPad Pro/Air 2/Mini/iPod, Galaxy S9/S8/S7/Edge/Plus, Note, LG, HTC, and More .
