Answer:	I would describe as firm. It isn’t flimsy. It isn’t something you’d want to sleep on all the time but I had a 60-something friend sleep on it for a couple of nights and she said it was comfortable. When not used for sleeping, I use as chaise to watch TV. The support pillow that comes with is not enough for me. I use an additional pillow to support my lower back. It isn’t something you can sink into with a good book but then I didn’t really buy it for that.
Question:	How is this differ from the "diophros folding ottoman sleeper guest bed, 4 in 1.." which is ~$60 cheaper? all the specs look very similar
Answer:	I actually bought the Diophros office before, but Diophros was rough and made me uncomfortable and slightly allergic, and I felt a little wobbly when I slept. I would consider buying Vonanda because it’s comfortable and durable.

Answer:	Mine was also late (with ups not having any info) so I contacted Amazon support. A replacement was sent out but the original eventually showed up. The replacement showed the same thing as the first one. Late and seemingly no info from ups. It also eventually showed up.

Answer:	It’s fairly light and easy to move. Less than 50 lbs. The shipping boxes (this item ships in 2 boxes) are large but very manageable as far as weight is concerned.

Answer:	I had that exact experience with both a first order and a replacement. Late and no tracking info. Both shipments arrived about 4 days later than the estimate and the tracking info was never updated. I suspect you'll still get it.
