1. Remove battery from appliance. 2. Remove the empty spool from the appliance as described in Replacing Spool Assembly. 3. Remove any remaining cutting line from the spool. 4. Make a fold at the end of the cutting line at about 3/4" (19 mm) . Feed the cutting line into one of the line anchoring slots . 5. Insert the 3/4" (19 mm) end of the bulk line into the hole in the spool adjacent to the slot. Make sure the line is pulled tight against the spool. 6. Wind the cutting line onto the spool in the direction of the arrow on the spool. Make sure to wind the line on neatly and in layers. Do not crisscross. 7. Answer:	There is a bottom bolt that adjusts the degrees for tooth angle take them off and there should be 2 springs they go on those springs. They didn't ship it very tight so the bearings fall out they won't fall out if you keep that tight

Answer:	3/8Pico use a 4mm (5/32") file. 3/8 use a 5.2mm (13/64") file.
Question:	How do you rotate the round file to expose different file teeth? I can rotate one side but not the other
Answer:	This tool is directional, just follow the arrows on the handles. The round files will only go in both directions. You can put them in backwards, but you will immediately notice that half of the file teeth are missing. Hence their in backwards, so just flip them around. I go one direction for one set of teeth then rotate the tool end to end and file the other direction.
