Answer:	It comes with a battery charger. You disconnect the battery and place it on the charger for 4-5 hours. They sell a separate quick charger that can charge 2 batteries in 2 hours. I love that I can swap the batteries between our various worx tools!
Question:	How hard is it to assemble
Answer:	It’s not hard at all. The only two things to assemble are the front guard and the handle that goes right behind it. The guard snaps in place, and the handle you snap in place and secure with the 2 screws that are supplied with the trimmer. The handle will only fit on the trimmer one way as the two ends will only match with the unit in one direction. The same is true with the guard.

Answer:	I did a quick search for a parts diagram in order to get the OEM number which is 523009201. Amazon does carry this part for $18 and change. If this is the part number you ordered, it should work; however, if it did not, the only other thing I can recommend is to hit up your local dealer.
Question:	I have the 60 and I haven't seen advantage to the adjustable handle yet. It actually takes less time to reposition my grip on one side of the handle than to toggle the handle turn. Any comments
Answer:	The advantage of the adjustable handle is huge. You can reposition your grip, but then you can't easily pull the trigger. You end up with your trigger hand at an odd angle and your other hand at a comfortable angle. This means you have to bend over slightly to get anything below your waist and that puts tremendous strain on your lower back, because you are holding a heavy object away from your body. If you don't hold it away from your body you risk having an accident. The twist handle allows you to hold both hands in a comfortable position, stand straight and have plenty of leverage on the tool.

Question:	I lost my guard that goes around the chainsaw head dont ask me how but i did is there any way i can buy just that part or no
Answer:	The one I received has a metal connector, but it is not really necessary as there is a manual throttle control built on the Briggs. I have never needed much more than just above idle engine speed for the edger to perform well, and my neighbors part of the sidewalk was terrible when I first started edging

Answer:	Yes this does have a manual throttle. I have seen the manual online if you search you can see it for yourself as well.
Question:	Is this item can be delivered in California
Answer:	It comes with 4 wheels. Front 2 are mounted essentially together. This unit is much more stable that a 3 wheeled version.

Answer:	I have never owned a Troy Built 140 cc 4 cycle. But as to the merits of the McLane edger, my father gave me his old one, at the time he did it was about 25 years old. I had it for 26 years before it was stolen, and it was still going strong.

Answer:	Mine came with a battery and charger! Works great! I use it for grape vines, small trees, and tall weeds like golden rod. Love it. I use it with the 40 volt chain saw and the 20 volt pole saw.

Answer:	yes, I believe all black and decker 40v are interchangeable.
Question:	I have the 18 volt black and decker hedge trimmer. Will the 40 volt charger be more powerful or just provide longer battery life
Answer:	I have both, and I see no difference in power. Certainly more voltage should mean more powerful cutting, but only if the motor is also upgraded to a more powerful one. I suspect that wasn't done. - I've noticed the same thing with the Black & Decker sweeper/blower. I have both the 18 V and the 40 V sweeper/ blower, and the 18 V is noticeably more powerful than the 40 V. The only instance with these Black & Decker tools where I have noticed that the 40 V is more powerful than the 18 V, is the string trimmer. The 40 V string trimmer is MUCH more powerful than the 18 V.
Question:	Has anyone sharpened the blades on this hedge trimmer? Was it difficult? I would also like to know how long it took the blades to dull
Answer:	The best way to sharpen hedge trimmers and other like equipment is with a Dremel tool with their 453 5/32 grinding tool. You really don't need to do any disassembly but you do need to be able to move the blade from the closed to open position. Just grind each face of the cutting surface. These stones are great on bandsaws, too. My saw has a 144" blade on it and I can sharpen all the teeth in about fifteen minutes. Use these stones on hand held clippers and lawn shears, too.

Question:	What oil should you use to spray this with
Answer:	I use WD-40 Specialist Dry Lube. It’s worked well for my tool, also this spray lube prevents dirt from sticking to the blades.
Question:	What size battery does this come included with
Answer:	The battery is included as well as the battery charger and a cover for cutting blades. I’ve only used it once so far but it cut very well. I was pleased.
