Answer:	No contrast adjustment that I know of but there is a back light. But there is a back light that might help. Check your battery. It is a bit sensitive to your viewing angle so hold it directly in line with your eyes. But I repeat, check your battery.

Answer:	It comes with a plastic base that the sending unit mounts to. The base has several holes drilled into it for several mounting positions. But no pole or anything comes with it to get it up high or anything. The base is only a couple of inches tall.

Question:	What is the maximum distance between the unit and phone
Answer:	I had extreme trouble removing the battery compartment cover, too. I flipped up the bottom piece and simultaneously pushed and pulled to slide the entire thing off.

Answer:	The user manual does not state the range for the outdoor sensor. I have mine on the patio at the back door. The indoor unit is upstairs in the far corner at the opposite end of the house. It is a good distance across the house, thru furniture, ceiling and carpet. The indoor unit is able to receive the signal from the outdoor sensor.
Question:	Do you know how waterproof it is
Answer:	Insert batteries to the sensor first, then to the main unit. Place them side by side for pairing. Please ensure the batteries are fully powered with correct placement of +/_ terminals.

Answer:	It reads the actual temperature wherever you place the sensor so yes it should read it just fine like say you placed the sensor on the outside of the rv.

If your trying too measure the main output duct off the system, it only measures any portion of the air stream you place it over. Since air moves at different sppeds inside a shape, it is not an accurate way to measure a large duct (note air does not move uniformly in corners as it does in a round duct.
Question:	Does this unit actually display cfm measurement
Answer:	I'm not sure why they're using a USB connector for the sensor; I'm not even sure the sensor is sending real USB signals or if they're using that style of connector because it's cheap and convenient for the number of wires they needed to connect to. The optional USB feature on the other hand, that's an actual USB port that allows you to dump collected data to a computer.
Question:	Trying to read cfm on a dust collector rated for 1550 cfm. Getting readings of 4500 and x10 on the end. So what is the actual cfm

Answer:	It's been a while since we installed this, I believe the individual internal wires are solid

Answer:	When I ordered my box in August it was cat6. Said so on the box and the wires were marked as such. However I do not recall the description stating cat 5. I am sure if you ordered it and it was wrong Amazon would allow free shipping for the return. One thing to be mindful is that the order may not come with the crimped and ends (mine did not). Nevertheless when I called Amazon to complain they refunded me 20 bucks. Btw my Ethernet run in buried conduit spanned about 110 ft. No issues; everything works great.
