Answer:	Most customers that have issues with the smell remaining is because they do not treat a large enough area. The stain will spread under the carpet much larger that what is seen on the top of the carpet. You must treat the entire area for it to work properly.

Answer:	I kind of wish this sort of answer was here before I bought the 9.6... For adults who take lunch to work: 1.3 - great size to supplement your lunch. Think a healthy handful of fruit, or maybe a dip container. 4.7 - Lunch size. Will fit the average main lunch portion and lunchbox. 9.6 - Great for leftovers in the fridge but won’t fit in a normal lunchbox unless you have a larger than average lunchbox. If I ate out of this at work my coworkers would judge me for having such a huge lunch, or ask why I had such a giant container for not-that-much food, and I’d have to explain that I bought the wrong size Tupperware, and to stop judging! :)

Answer:	For concrete, it is best to make a paste of baking soda and this product as the liquid to add to the baking to create the thick paste. Apply paste over the soiled area in concrete, cover with a bit of saran wrap, tape the satan wrap down. Allow this to dry until the paste cracks/is dry. You might have to do this one/two more times but it will draw the scent/urine out of the concrete. As for to drywall, I don't know how you can get this to stick to the drywall. This is a superior product.

Answer:	The lights, as I understand them and use them are for predator deterrence around or near livestock areas. I suspect rats would be more curious and continue to explore the area. Consult the family owned company to see if anyone has tried. They respond to communication.

Neighbors cats on occasion. Only use of the product is guiding my way from shop to house if I forget to turn on our front yard lights before dark.
