2) Weak battery power - check low battery indicator on station. You may change batteries in your sensor, then immediately hold SENSOR button to search for signal again!

Factory Restart: Remove Residual electrical current

1) Hold ALERTS/LIGHT buttons for 5 seconds to reset station and begin search for outdoor sensor. Reception icon will flash while searching/solid when received signal. (**PLEASE NOTE: this will reset the entire station, so record any historical data you wish to remember. Please allow at least 10 minutes to acquire)

Out of the Box restart

• DISCONNECT power: Remove all batteries and AC power cord from display and sensor (bring within 5 ft of display station)
• Press any button on the display at least 20 times to clear memory (removes residual electricity)
• Leave both units without power for 15 minutes. Install new batteries into Sensor First. Plug in power adapter into display, and then add new batteries. When all data appears after 10 minutes, remount sensor outside and set up display settings.

Reinstall with Fresh, New Batteries

1. Insert fresh batteries into the outdoor sensor.
2. Insert the AC power cord into the wall outlet then into the weather station.
3. Wait 15 minutes for proper connection between sensor and display before remounting your sensor. (We recommend mounting sensor on Northside of home, protected from direct sunlight and precipitation, but well-ventilated)

Answer:	Written in the manual： 1) When powered by batteries,to save power,backlight only lights up 15s(Power saving mode).Touch the ""Snooze"" button to wake up the backlight. 2) When plugged in the power cord,the backlight brightness button is the 6th button, right side. Press it to turn on the backlight full brightness. Press it again to begin dimming the light. Keep pressing. When the display gets to full dark, you can turn it back on for 15 seconds using the touch button on the top. To get back to continued full brightness,press the 6th button again. If you meet any problems, it is recommended to contact Newentor's customer service, their service is fast and good.

Answer:	To my knowledge, NO weather sensor of this kind is rain/snow proof. Check the product page, keep the digital weather station clear of any unusual source of heat or cold (such as heaters, direct sunlight, air conditioner outlets, and others) and that the wireless outdoor remote sensor is also protected from direct sunlight, rain or the heat coming from the wall or ground. Answer:	No. It is concave in the back with a slight curveture which really restricts wall mounting. Also, this particular model is very hard to read from any distance. I went with the larger model which can easily be read from across the room.

Answer:	the time is automatically set. It has what is called an inteli time (Not exactly sure that's what its called) feature that automatically sets the time date and daylight savings time. But if it does not work for some reason, the manual is easy to understand. I fact I have other products I got regarding weather are from acurite. Two stations and a weather radio, all easy to read manuals, including this station. Actually I did not even need to read the manual half the time. The station is easy enough to set up its essentially effortless. Unless you are trying to find a proper place for the sensor. But overall its easy understanding manual to read and easy to set up the station. I doubt you will have problems with the time. If you do I will be surprised, this station despite how cheap it is not bad. Mine has been surviving for 4 months in a tree outside my house, no issues. Also the indoor display is rather accurate. The station itself is actually designed to become more accurate the more you use it. So it may be inaccurate the first couple of days but after awhile it gets the forecast rather good.

Answer:	You went on vacation to get away from home. Forget about it. Too much information isn't good for you. I'm not sure but I don't think it will do that. It you go to their web site they have a chat board for questions.

Answer:	Yes through the weather underground available for iphone and android. You do have to connect your station to weather underground server via wireless internet connection in your home.

Answer:	Actually the pole size requirement is 1.4 to 1.6 inch diameter. I just bought a 1-1/2 inch diameter pipe and it fits with very little play. You could probably make a smaller pipe work, but I wouldn't buy anything bigger than 1.5 inch diameter.

Answer:	The Ambient mounting kit and pole is 6 feet long and has a mounting flat. Mount it as high and as far away from structures as you can.

Answer:	The entire display 10" wide, 6" tall and 3/4" thick. I do not think it is possible to remove the display from the case as there are buttons associated with the display to change information displayed and to program the device.

Answer:	I find it quite accurate. Plus or minus 1 degree and within 1% on everything else. Also you can adjust for errors with the software and firmware . All in all very happy.

Answer:	Changing settings (time, date, etc) is all done through the "Set" button on the front of the unit. Hold it down for a few seconds until an item on the display starts blinking. You can change this item using the up and down arrow buttons. Press Set to go to the next item. When the hour blinks, change it to the correct number. There is an AM and PM number available for each hour. For example, if you set the hour to 5 AM and you want 5 PM, continue changing the hour setting until 5 PM appears.
