Question:	Is this waterproof
Answer:	I believe it is. I have not had ours out in a big rain but with some light rain the water does not penetrate. We usually don't zip the top up as we use four small clips to make sure the trash bag stays around the edge. I think if waterproof is a concern you will be fine with it.
Question:	Could you fill this with sand and use it to hold down ez-ups in wind? would the handles or sides tear? (i know that's not what's this for, looking
Answer:	It would hold the sand. Not sure the handles would hold up. Not exactly sure of your intended use. Material is similar to a good quality tarp. Handles are good quality webbing.
Question:	I have 13 gallon bags.. like normal kitchen trashcan.. would this be too big
Answer:	Probably bags are too small, it's bigger plus you can wash it out. No need to add one-time use plastic to this container.
