Answer:	I have used a bed wedge as a leg pillow for over 20 years. I find they work great because you can use them on the back to get a good angle for below your knees to gently slope down. I also use it between my legs when I sleep on my side because it puts a good alignment for my back (tall side between my thighs) but then my legs gently slope down to my feet unlike the other between the thigh pillows that don't support the lower legs.
