Question:	I purchased the greatful gnome hummingbird feeder, but the one hummingbird that comes to my garden ignores it. it is frustrating. what should i do
Answer:	Hi. Often it takes hummingbirds time to adjust to a new feeder. Hummingbirds are creatures of habit. They will come back year after year to the exact spot feeder was hung previously. When a new feeder is put up, hummingbirds will often either ignore it, or hover around looking at it, backing up and going toward it and around it again and again before they accept it and learn how to use it. This may even take a week or two. Please ensure the base is being filled with fresh nectar that is changed every 3-5 days. Please remember to clean your feeder regularly. Hope this helps. During the manual blowing of the glass, the air cannot float, thus forming small bubbles. These bubbles represent the life of the glass.

Answer:	Have no idea. Mine leaked all the time so I just threw it away. I could fish it out of my trash and send it to whoever wants the perch, gasket, and plastic bottom. That part is still in tact.

Question:	how strong is the class hook loop at the top? Seems it would break easily
Answer:	The glass loop on mine is thick and seems sturdy. I've had it a week and no problems so far.
Question:	What exactly is the hemp rope supposed to be used for? It's pretty. I just don't know what to do with it
Answer:	Good question! I used it as a backup to secure the feeder as I wasn’t totally comfortable with the hooks provided. So now I have the hooks and hemp rope securing the feeder to the chain I used to suspend the feeder. It turned out nice as the hemp rope is decorative and covers up the chain.
Question:	I broke the glass. Can I buy replacement. Bottom is good
Answer:	I’ve only purchased replacement bottoms.

Answer:	I haven't been able to find any that don't involve buying a whole new feeder. Disappointed because this feeder is beautiful, I just can't use it because if the leak.
