Answer:	No, the feeder will not crack. I have 2 and leave them out all year. I live in Michigan and the winters are sometime very brutal. They've been out there for years.

Question:	Can I get a replacement steeple
Answer:	I 'm not sure, I doubt it, but I do know that this feeder is not squirrel proof. I've tried all kinds and I think the only one is the one which gives a small shock if a squirrel lands on it.

Answer:	You could put a plant hanger on the post, then hang the birdfeeder on the hook. Mine is on a prox 18 inch plant hanger then attached to the deck rail. Of course, the squirrels have still figured it out but at least they don't camp there.

Answer:	I hung it instead of mounting it on a pole.

Answer:	If the pole has a hook you can hang it from a pole. If you're thinking of a direct pole mount, then the answer is no it won't mount on a pole.

Answer:	Yes, this bird feeder is tall enough for blue jays. I have blue jays visit my bird feeder regularly. However, I am setting my bird feeder on a platform rather than hanging it. I think that it may be more difficult for blue jays and larger birds to access the feeder when it is being hanged.
Question:	Does this feeder hold large seeds like sunflower seeds
Answer:	Yes it does. I feed a mixed wild bird seed that has sunflower seeds in it and have had no problems. What I really like about this feeder is it’s very easy to clean and doesn’t rust. It’s very easy to fill, too.

Question:	How does the bottom tray come out
Answer:	Thank you for your question. The tray on the bottom of the feeder can be removed by placing the feeder on its side and using the heel of your hand to firmly tap on the tray so the tabs on the underside slide through the opening/slots. There is a lip on these tabs so it may require multiple strikes to the feeder. However, an (easier) option for cleaning your feeder is to remove the chimney/cupola at the top of the feeder and insert a garden hose through the opening and washing it out that way.
Question:	How do the squirrels like this feeder? Any problems with the squirrels eating all the food
Answer:	Our squirrels do eat from our feeders but we really don’t mind and neither do the birds! We enjoy watching them all share 😊

Answer:	no the door and chimney are red. and the one I got was the church and the church is all white. I wouldn't recommend this bird feeder though. When it rains the rain doesn't drain out and all the feed rots and starts growing things unless you clean it out everytime it rains. It is a nuisance.

Question:	If looks like this baffle pivots, which would allow squirrels to drop onto larger bird feeders underneath. Can the baffle be fixed somehow
Answer:	The baffle and the feeder below both move with the wind and in the case of our small feeder squirrels cannot just drop onto the feeder after sliding off the baffle. Since I do not know your exact situation I really cannot know or guess how baffled your squirrels will be. The baffle will pivot due to the fact it is just hanging. If it was on a pole I suppose you could make it so it would not pivot as much by using washers that were made tight because the baffle does have a hole in the center through which you could put a pole through and not use the hook. The hook in the picture is not stuck to the baffle. It can be taken out.
Question:	What is the diameter of the opening of the hook on the top
Answer:	The hook is actually double ended. By that, I mean the hook has loops at both ends. One is larger and one is smaller. Mine are all currently hanging so I am not going to take them down to measure them but, in the absence of a better answer, I will venture a guesstimate of about 1" on the small end and about 1.25" on the larger end. I use the large hook to actually hang the top and the smaller end is under the cover to hook to the tube feeder. I never take down the cover itself except to clean it. If I take down a cover, I will measure it and edit this post. Hope this helps some.
Question:	Can squirrels chew this? Also, if they can jump to it, will it break
Answer:	I have a similar one. Some can jump almost 4 feet and go over mine. Never seen them chew it but mine is very sturdy cause one squirrel jumps 10-12 feet from tree and lands on it and falls. Takes a beating but works

Answer:	There is a hook on top of the baffle that connects to the installation point. Under the baffle there is a hook where you connect your birdfeeder. I have three and they work perfectly

Question:	What is cage height & diameter and wire spacing? I bought a small one with 1/4" spacing that's too small for peanuts and woodpeckers barely fit
Answer:	The feeder is about 12” tall and the bottom is about 15” circumference. I don’t know if the wire spacing is big enough for peanuts, depends on the size of the peanut. It is approximately 1/2” to 3/8” triangular opening. Hope this helps. Birds here live them!

Answer:	I feed the birds a combination of seeds. They mostly stay inside the mesh... until they eventually come out the bottom tray. There, they are eaten. It works well.

Answer:	not regular bird feed, after purchasing this feeder it sat a while because no seeds would fit, suet was too messy to insert, so i saw a bag of sunflower seeds for 50 cents and they worked,

Answer:	I put Niger seeds in mine. The trick is to use a thick piece of paper, foil or plastic wrap around the cage first.

We can reach out to them to clarify their listing. The feeding station is approximately 7 feet tall. The 7 foot pole consists of 4 separate sections. You can omit using one of the middle sections to decrease it's height by approximately 18 inches.

Answer:	We have all 3 feeders full plus 2 additional suets. It is very sturdy with multiple birds on it at once and the occasional squirrel we put nuts out for in the dish connected to its side.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. The poles can be connected and secured to each other simply by twisting the wingnut to tighten. The feeding tray attaches in the same manner and should be placed into position before attaching the top decorative finial piece. The finial pieces fit together by loosening the wingnuts, aligning the notched areas, and placing them into position. Tighten the wingnuts to secure. Answer:	It does not have holes in the bottom, however, we have had ours for more than six months and the inside has never gotten wet. The roof protects it really well.
