Answer:	I have chopped up everything possible you could think of......I bought it just to chop up items for stir frys, but, it works for all. My griddle fit perfectly in the bbq where the lip of the griddle was held by the grates. I bought another grill but haven't tried the griddle on there yet. If the griddle is set on the bbq, watch out that it doesn't slip while chopping or cooking.

Question:	I just received this griddle; it doesn't seem that the bottom will actually touch my induction cooktop.Will it work if it doesnt touch the surface
Answer:	Works great on our induction cooktop on either side. Heats very rapidly if you want, but of course the way to heat cast iron is slowly so it comes to the temp you want to cook at. Cast iron is of course way better than the clad cookware that can get loud from vibrations as the different layers absorb the magnetic energy at different rates. This also doubles as a great defrosting plate from stuff from the freezer. Your great-great grandchildren will be glad you bought this as they're using it.

Question:	Can't seem to get the flames very high and it's not heating the griddle. Been running for about 45 minutes and not smoking with seasoning process
Answer:	Open the valve for the propane tank very slowly. I kept having this issue as well. Safety feature for the propane tank.

Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. • Prior to first cooking on it, heat the griddle up to max and apply cooking oil. Evenly distribute the oil and let it "burn in". Scrape off the excess. The top will turn slightly dark.Repeat the steps above two or three times.
• After using it to cook food, turn your griddle up to a high heat and then squirt water on the tray. Scrape off the excess with a spatula. The steam will help loosen the particles. As the top cools off you can wipe it clean with a paper towel.
• Before you put your griddle away, make sure to put down a thin layer of cooking oil over top to protect the surface and keep it well-seasoned. (Using a paper towel works best.)

Question:	One burner is getting almost no gas, hoe do you fix it
Answer:	There is typically a proper and improper way (sequence) to turning on & off the stove....I know this sounds silly, but if you don't follow the directions, all will work, but sometimes the gas regulator is thrown off balance and it will keep the full volume of gas possible, from getting to the burners. Typically you can unhook the fuel, let the regulator relax for a few minutes, reconnect, and all should be back up to normal.....it typically happens in the turn off sequence...such as turning off the fuel at the gas bottle/tank level and not turning off the grill with the control knobs first and letting it rest before turning off the gas bottle

Question:	Where is this made
Answer:	I am not sure however, they were horrible. I sent mine back and here is a copy of my review: They are NOT worth the price even though they were cheaper than Blackstone. Buy the better one that will last. All of the spatula handles are now loose and the larger hamburger spatula has a rivet out. As I was cooking with it one side of the rivet/screw (whatever it is) fell on the ground. I thought I fixed it but a little later it fell out on the grill. As I finished up cooking I couldn't find the other side of the rivet but it showed up later in the food. Glad I saw it and not someone else or worse yet someone eat it. I can not and will not recommend this item.

Answer:	This is my previous review from 2019 and I stand by it. I returned this set and bought the Blackstone and it is still holding together. I am not a professional chef that is always using them just an average guy that cooks out. They are NOT worth the price even though they were cheaper than Blackstone. Buy the better one that will last. All of the spatula handles are now loose and the larger hamburger spatula has a rivet out. As I was cooking with it one side of the rivet/screw (whatever it is) fell on the ground. I thought I fixed it but a little later it fell out on the grill. As I finished up cooking I couldn't find the other side of the rivet but it showed up later in the food. Glad I saw it and not someone else or worse yet someone eat it. I can not and will not recommend this item.

Answer:	Hi This grill dose not need much oil at all. Whenever I use it, I will spray a little bit of cooking spray on a paper towel and then wipe over it and I usually don't have any problems with anything sticking. You might want to use a little bit of soft scrub cleanser and let that sit for a bit to see if that will remove the stain. I do that when I do get sauces stuck on it. I hope this helps, it's really a good grill😊

Answer:	You want to burn excess chemicals before cooking on the surface for the first time. You always season a metal if you’re going to ingest edibles that were cooked on it. I season my grill every time before every bbq. Don’t take my word do the research.

Question:	Is this a replacement top for the 36” Blackstone griddle
Answer:	Yes it fits good although mine came with a drip tray that was bent and I had to straighten it and it seems to pop and warp some when it gets hot. It's not flat anymore and has only been cooked on about 5 times. Not real happy with it but it fits the Blackstone 36" fine

Answer:	It is real stainless steel, I keep my grill outside under the Blackstone hard cover and I've not seen any rust on the surface of this top and I clean it with the screen block after every time i use it.

Answer:	First if you own the black stone you already know a good cleaning is a must and if you don’t use it for a week or so rust so stick with the stainless you can adjust the heat as to clean just a wipe stainless is the way to go and amp on can set you up with a stainless top
