Question:	What is the lowest temperature setting on this unit? I do cheeses and things at 100 deg F
Answer:	It can be set from 70 to 270 degrees. Also the smoker (wood chip element} has a separate heating element so you could just set the smoking to one of 5 different levels without running the heat element. This model is already discontinued after being release about 1 1/2 years ago. I really don't know why it was so short lived. I'm happy with it so far. I just bought the rotisseries and browning kits and haven't had a chance to install them. This my second MB. My last one died after several years of use. I didn't cover it so the plastic covering all the control buttons denigrated.

Answer:	Assembly is simple it is just the handle on the back really, the other things are just trays and pans to be put into position.

Answer:	It really depends on the size. I fit a whole 10.5 pound packer brisket (came with some fat trimmed already) on one shelf, but that's pretty small. You could certainly fit two that way if they're small enough.

Answer:	I have; but I did not turn on the element. I use the "A-maze -n Smoker" with sawdust, lit and then set it right on top of the wood chip box. The Smoker doesn't get hot enough to melt the cheese and the cheese is infused with smoke flavor.

Made the mistake of believing what it said ON THE FREAKIN' BOX, "Fits all Masterbuilt 30-inch and 40-inch Digital electric smokers" Took the leg kit and smoker out of their boxes, tried to put them together, and the didn't fit. Thought I might have missed something in the pictograph instructions, so I called Masterbuilt. Gave them the model # off my new smoker and from the instructions for the leg kit. CS rep spends 5 minutes looking it up and comes back with, "I'm sorry sir, that leg kit isn't compatible with that smoker." So Buyer beware

Answer:	You can cook sum pretty good size pieces of meat on the racks . I do 4-5 pound briskest no problem in mine u can cook pretty much anything in there .
