Answer:	depends on the height of the 16 yr old from edge of blade to top of stick is about 54inches I use my as a show piece I do not use it to play I think it’s not made good enough for outside use

Answer:	They fit my 7 year old perfect but my son is very big. More like the size of a 10 year old. The liners worked well in lacrosse gloves.

Answer:	you should get the same size as the outer glove. as you say he is a small size, get a small size. in this case we cannot get smaller. as he gets bigger , get a smaller size than the outer glove. these gloves are really special in keeping you warm.
