You get the grill lines on whatever your cooking, no flare-up, don't have to clean your grates, veggies, or fish doesn't fall through the grates. You take the matt out and wash it. My matts last about 2 months bbqing about 3 nights a week.

I called KitchenAid and they said the orifice should have come with the kit which I thought as well. They first quoted me a price of $3.36 plus $13.35 postage. After I whined a little bit they agreed to waive the postage. I just received the orifice packet today. It has been two months since I placed the order. They said it was back ordered. The Item number on the invoice is (NEX 20002598AO) described as NG orifice pack. WHSE. However, I purchased this hose: Gas One 4 ft High Pressure Propane 0-20 PSI Adjustable Regulator with QCC-1 type Hose - Works With Newer U.S. Propane Tanks. Answer:	I can't say if it will fit your charbroil, as I have a different brand. The only thing I can say is measure your grill and check it against the measurements of the insert. Check out the pictures on Amazon against what your insert looks like. That is what I had to do.

Answer:	Natural Gas source is a very low pressure. It may not be a problem, but you wouldn't know at initial start up. You will only find out after a minute of burn time (low btu rate). If your source connection is already 1/2" then I would contact a plumber. If you want to make certain it is not a problem then have your plumber start at the source and then piece together 3/4"x24ft hose to the 1/2"x12ft hose. This mitigates the opportunity for choked flow conditions. Don't forget utility regulator, valve, reducers and dope.
