Answer:	Looking at the previous answers, looks like it used to be made in the usa, but now it looks like it's made in china. In the product details, it says it's made in china as of 5-28-17.

Answer:	No, you cannot use it without the legs. I looked at this too. The propane connection assembly extends lower than the metal shield around the burner. The legs do not have a lot of adjustment, maybe an inch or two. I have the stove packed away with my camping gear and cannot verify the exact amount of adjustment or lowest cooking height.

Too much heat on the thin aluminum canner bottoms is the issue. https://www.healthycanning.com/pressure-canner-heat-source/#heat-source-too-high Most everyone agrees to definitely avoid any “turkey fryer” propane heaters because of the high heat required to boil the oil to fry the turkey would damage many canners. Answer:	I came here to look up this answer. I can say that I've had mine since 2015 and have routinely mashed and boiled wort on the burner. Over 7 gallons. Which would be around 56 pounds. I may have even doubled this up once with two batches at the same time.
