Answer:	The photo on Amazon that shows the Pro Professional Loppers has about a six inch black rubber-looking handgrip at the end of each handle. The handles themselves obviously cannot be rubber or they would collapse when trying to use. Maybe there is a Chinese to English terminology conversion that gets things confused. Instead of saying "handles" it should say "hand grips". I have the hand pruners which have a rubber grip on the two handles. The pruners are the best tool I've ever purchased. It looks like it was made in Switzerland or Finland instead of you-know-where. It came with several spare parts and although I have used them frequently for two years no spare parts have been needed.

Answer:	Hello, Thank you for the question. In short, not as a direct fitment. Generally Urban Island grills do not lend themselves well to a universal style rotisserie without modification to the grill and mounting; these systems included. Specifically the bracket set in this rotisserie system and virtually all brands of universal rotisserie system will require mounting to the small upright walls on each side of the grill surface (the triangular portion you see coming up on each side when the lid is lifted). Urban Island grills do not generally have holes in these areas already to mount to so new holes would need to be drilled on each side to accommodate the supporting brackets. The second consideration is that the lid on Urban Island grills generally cover a significant portion of the side of the grill where this mounting would occur so it can often times be necessary to add common hardware store brackets and longer screws to bring a universal mount out further and avoid lid impact issues. The last consideration, and prevalent for a heavier system such is this system is that the spit rod will need to clear the cutouts in the lid and upright walls. As these systems use a 5/8" hexagon spit rod the clearance area in those cutouts needs to be fairly large at least 3/4". Ultimately the most common Urban Island system we have encountered uses a smaller 1/2" hexagon spit rod to allow for clearance in this area. Answer:	Hello, It is a fairly universal kit. So long as you have a location that you can drill 2 holes on each side for the brackets and drive concrete screws in (not included) many people use these for custom applications. Please note that the kit is generally good a span of 55". Although the rod is 60" this allows for the offset created by the bracket, motor insertion, and the handle. Please also see the alternate product images for a little better idea of how everything goes together and I think you will see it is fairly simply to work with the brackets and mount to your needs.

Answer:	Hello, I believe you may be looking for a rotisserie for a Napoleon...This system is universal in nature and designed for fitment to most grill either directly or with modification. With that being said the Napoleon LEX series of grills will require very heavy modification to allow for fitment of this unit or any universal style system to fit and function properly. Specifically the mounting holes on the Lex as you will note are much further down on the grill than this bracket set will allow for on a direct bolt in place scenario. Ultimately this means the brackets would need to be mounted higher on the side of the grill which would require cutting a portion of your grill lid off. Generally speaking this certainly can be done, but if not desired we would recommend only sourcing a unit made specific to your grill model given the very proprietary mounting seen on your specific series of Napoleon.

Answer:	Hello, For a 27" grill we generally recommend a 37" variety of rotisserie spit rod system as this is the closest fit without being too short (37" works with grills up to 31" in width). This allows for adequate clearance of brackets, motor insertion, and counterbalance mounting. For a 27" grill a 37" spit rod will still provide some "extra" spit rod to extrude on the off-motor side of the grill by several inches from the side wall/upright of the grill. Most people prefer this as it allows the counterbalance to sit out from the grill lid a bit and makes for a bit easier removal of the spit rod when hot (i.e. another location to grasp the spit rod outside the grill that is not quite as hot, obviously a glove/mitt would still be recommended). You can certainly go even longer if you wish, but I don't believe it will add any benefit for you and even at the next size up (45") you would be adding considerable length to the spit rod with no benefit and it may appear a bit odd on the grill with so much extra spit extruding; ultimately operationally it can be done however so I can't tell you it won't work, it just wouldn't be ideal for most people.
