Answer:	Are you referencing to the shut-off valve? If so, mine was stiff and hard to move at first, but once I moved it, I have had no problems....and I have used the shut off several times. I just wiggled it back and forth until it moved. If you cannot move it, I would contact the seller and see about getting a replacement hose.
