Answer:	Mine just sprang a leak as well; purchased in late April of 2020. I am the only one who uses it, I always drain the water and store properly, it does not come in contact with anything that could cause a leak, particularly as this hole is near the top of the hose that connects to the outside faucet. It is past my return date window. I can not find any info on the guarantee from this company either - it is one big circle of clicking - no website. Very disappointing. Not a cheap hose............I love everything about it except that it only lasted less than 4 months. If anyone has info on who to contact please post.

Question:	How do I contact you guys? Looked everywhere without any luck. We purchased this hose a little over 4 months ago and it's leaking from 2 places
Answer:	as long as there are no kinks to restrict the flow I don't see why not
Question:	I'm running several hoses about 400ft. While in use, can it be stretched out completely to 100ft continuously? They contract while in use
Answer:	I would hate to give you a definitive "no", but, unlike a rubber hose, the brass connectors appear to be custom fit for the type of hose. My concern would be tearing the hose while attempting to remove the connector. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I have one that is almost the same and i just hook the sprinkler on it and put the sprinkler on it then go back to the spout and turn on the water. It works fine.
Question:	Can the brass connectors be changed out for stainless steel ones
Answer:	Ours broke exactly 30 days after the purchase date (realistically by the time I got to hook it up, we only used it for about 2 weeks - maybe 5-6 times total). I didn't get to look into it right then and there, so the only option I found was calling Amazon's customer support line the next day and they informed me this item only has a 30 day return policy. The Amazon rep was kind enough to send me a return label, and once I ship the broken hose back they'll refund the full amount. It looks like trying to chase down the seller is a waste of time, so hopefully Amazon can help you out. Definitely not buying another one of these... sure they look nice but the poor quality defeats the purpose!

Answer:	I do not know which video is being referenced. The hose looks like the one you see on the package. As a long time gardener and car washer, I've wasted money and time replacing dozens of hoses promising no kinks and a life-time of carefree usage. This one is the real deal. Might not last a "lifetime" but mine are still perfect after several years of heavy use.

Answer:	Yes, I think the pressure is very good, but the very best thing about this hose is its light weight and maneuverability.

Answer:	After 11 months Bionic Hose started to leak 6" from male end. Customer service stated hose warranty 30 day from purchase. Amazon website provided this statement -- "How does FREE Returns work? All return-eligible items, weighing under 50 lbs and sold by Amazon, have at least one free return option. You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 30 days after purchase."

Answer:	Hose housing is not even 5/8". Inner plastic tube is about 1/2" diameter. Very poor construction and water pressure.

Answer:	No, it will not. In bought one to replace an existing 50 ft expanding hose that had burst and this hose could not reach the same places the old hose did. I returned it.

Answer:	I have only been using it about a month so I don't know how long this one will last. It seems to be thicker than several I have had before so I am hopeful it will last longer. The expandable hoses are great but tend not to be long lasting. I have been able to extend the life by making sure it never sits in the sun and making sure no one is walking or driving on it.

Answer:	Yes and that would make it for non potable (drinkable) water. Brass may contain up to 2% lead which can leach into the water flow. There are hoses listed with aluminum fittings which are for potable water. P.S. we all grew up drinking from the garden hose and lived to tell about it. I didn't get to look into it right then and there, so the only option I found was calling Amazon's customer support line the next day and they informed me this item only has a 30 day return policy. The Amazon rep was kind enough to send me a return label, and once I ship the broken hose back they'll refund the full amount. It looks like trying to chase down the seller is a waste of time, so hopefully Amazon can help you out. Definitely not buying another one of these... sure they look nice but the poor quality defeats the purpose!
