Answer:	They are hard plastic, nice and sturdy, but they don’t seem to be the problem. We had it two months, came disconnected from the part that connects to the nozzle. Answer:	I do not know which video is being referenced. The hose looks like the one you see on the package. As a long time gardener and car washer, I've wasted money and time replacing dozens of hoses promising no kinks and a life-time of carefree usage. This one is the real deal. Answer:	The hose looses a lot of pressure. If your sprinkler can put out a lot of water, you will not be happy. Also, with loss of pressure, the hose will shrink, so don't expect to be able to use the fully extended length of the hose.

I am the only one who uses it, I always drain the water and store properly, it does not come in contact with anything that could cause a leak, particularly as this hole is near the top of the hose that connects to the outside faucet. It is past my return date window. I can not find any info on the guarantee from this company either - it is one big circle of clicking - no website. Very disappointing. Not a cheap hose............I love everything about it except that it only lasted less than 4 months. If anyone has info on who to contact please post.

Why the hose spouts small leaks along the entire length? This is caused by leaving the hose under pressure and out in the hot sunshine. Doing this WILL ruin the hose. Question:	can you roll this up on a hose reel? will it cause any damage to the hose
Answer:	Shouldn't be a problem...it's a lot more flexible than a rubber hose. I just hang mine over a vinyl-coated hook from HD attached to the side of the house.
Question:	Can this hose be stored outside all the time and mostly in the Florida sun
Answer:	I live in Tucson and don't store any hose in direct sun.
