Answer:	The product listed is "Tall Fescue" which is a cool-season grass, not meant for south Florida.

Answer:	Don't overwater, just mist it daily to keep the seeds moist. Also you should put a little soil over the seed or scratch them into the soil otherwise they wont grow if just laying on top of the soil.

Answer:	I am not sure but I am planning to toss some more out over the few bare batches I have remaining within the next couple of weeks. I don't know where you live so I guess it depends on the weather. I live in Clovis, CA and it is supposed to be 87 degrees today with the temperature in the next week or so being 89, 92, 85, 83, and then mid to upper 70's for a while. If you live in a similar area, you are probably safe to plant. I think with temps in the 70's and good watering, the grass should get off to a good start. As far as growing in the Fall, our lawn stayed green all Winter. We had very few freezes last year and none of the grass died. Good luck.

3. Water

A deep and thorough initial watering is the key to success. Answer:	There is a mixture or different types of seed in the bottle. St.Augustine, rye, just to name a few. So what ever sees is in the mixture is what will grow if and when it starts to germinate. I purchased mine a month ago but have yet to use it on my lawn.
