Answer:	Yes, I usually remove the 'frog' front part after a few months and leave the 'fish' pinky holder up to a year. The frog part helps shape a rounded thumb but you still have to double check frequently that the kids are not cheating underneath. The pinky holder helps a lot with balancing the bow. For absolute beginners it makes introducing the bow much easier and it shapes the hand well for a proper bow hold - but you still have to check it frequently - it does not do the trick automatically!

And it's so worth it...this is the greatest little thing for improving my son's bow hold!

Answer:	The watch has a Exercise section that has running, weight lifting Biking, treadmill, Elliptical. workout. You can tap on the one you want without having the phone with you. I don't even own a phone. I use a table but I just did a walk outside and it detected my 10,000+ steps and recorded the miles. It may be more accurate with the phone. I used windows Tablet and/or Windows10 with GPS and they both sync with when I got back and it said the same amount of steps as on my watch. I think it is pretty close anyway. You can see everything on the watch. That is why I like it a lot. I didn't think I would be able to see anything except heart rate and steps.

Answer:	There is a music control option (either swipe down from the top of the main screen, or use the top right button on the edge of the watch casing). I have not used it yet. Simple swipe from the bottom of the screen up lets you review them. You can then simply swipe right to dismiss them or scroll down through all of them to a "clear all" option.

Answer:	I put 3 inch casters on it. The important thing is to get a caster with a long stem. If memory serves me well I believe it needs to be 1 1/2" long. All the casters in the 2 to 3 inch range have the same stem size. I got mine from tractor supply. I got the ones that were rubber not hard plastic. It makes it alot quieter.

Answer:	I didn't use them, but as I recall they were 2 inch long quarter inch bolts. Wouldn't work for me, so I ended up using #10 1&1/4 inch stainless wood screws to attach to transom with Dupont 4200. That's worked out great.

Answer:	I put 3 inch casters on it. The important thing is to get a caster with a long stem. If memory serves me well I believe it needs to be 1 1/2" long. All the casters in the 2 to 3 inch range have the same stem size. I got mine from tractor supply. I got the ones that were rubber not hard plastic. It makes it alot quieter.
