Answer:	There is absolutely no reason to enrich your room with co2 above 1250 ppm, plants can't use it so why set it to 2000? You will not get faster growth and will be wasting gas/ money.

Answer:

I know this is an old question, but I have an answer. It doesn't mean it pulls 15 amps, it means it can control something that draws up to 15amps. For instance, you plug your co2 generator into this, and it draws 3Amps, since that is less than 15amps it is fine. But if your co2 generator draws more than 15 amps (wich none should, most will draw less than 3A) then this controller will not be able to handle that much demand
