Functions
1. Clock --- When this timer is plugged in, it displays clock function. You can use this timer as a regular clock to read time. It displays time in mode of H1 XX:XX or H2 XX:XX. H1 stands for 24 hour time display format and H2 stands for 12 hour time display format. You can easily switch the two different display format by 24 Hour and 12 Hour key on remote control. Also easy to adjust time by clicking edit key and input the right time. One more click on OK key, it's done!
2. Count up --- Simply click UP button on remote, you can enter count up function. Count up always starts from 00:00 in minutes seconds and stop at the time you pre-set. If you just leave it, it will stop at UP 99:59;
3. Countdown --- Always stop at 00:00(if you don't pause it). But you program any time between 99:59 and 00:00 to run a countdown. Also click Down on remote control to enter this function;
4. Stopwatch --- Click on stopwatch icon on remote control to enter stopwatch function. It will read 00 00:00; Just click start, it will go up with minutes seconds and hundreds of a seconds;
5. Tabata --- A pre-set function for 20 secs training and 10 secs rest. You can also customize your own tabata. Just click Tabata key and start key to run this function;
6. FGB --- There are two FGBs: 5 mins work 1 minute rest with 5 rounds(FGB1) and 3 mints work 1 minute rest with 3 rounds(FGB2). Click on FGB key, the timer will read "1 -- -- ", (means FGB1), then a second later it will display F1 05 00, click start to run. Click FGB key again, it will display "2 -- --", this is FGB2.
7. Customize own interval timing ---This is the most interesting and useful part for your fitness interval timing. It is allowed to program up to 10 groups and 9 work and rest in each group. You can even set up to 99 rounds for each workout & rest.

Answer: | Short answer: yes (kinda) Long answer: It has several options. One option allows you to set a timer for work & rest. I use it for that option every day. My workouts usually call for a 30 second work followed by a 10 second rest period, for several rounds. It allows me to enter any number of rounds. So 3 things are entered: 1. Time until beep (usually work time) 2. Time until beep (usually rest time) 3. Number of times 1 & 2 repeat (rounds) If I was setting it for you for I would set #1 for 30 seconds, # 2 for 30 seconds & #3 for 4 rounds. It would beep every thirty seconds for 4 minutes. So you have beeps every 30 seconds during your 3 minute workout time and your 1 minute rest time (beeping every 30 seconds). After the entire 4 minutes there will be a LONG BEEP and the timer stops. You can hit the reset button and immediately start the same previously set times again. It allows you to set/save/reset several of these type of timers (up to 9 different ones I believe). I am very happy with this timer. I use it every day. There are several options, several timers, countdown, stopwatch and many more. There is a clock (12 or 24 hour settings). When plug in the timer, it's running in clock function. If the clock is running in other functions, press Clock button to enter clock function mode. Press Edit button on the remote to adjust your clock to your local time. Follow the below steps to change:

Program Digital Clock
When plug in the timer, it's running in clock function. If the clock is running in other functions, press Clock button to enter clock function mode. Press Edit button on the remote to adjust your clock to your local time. Follow the below steps to change:
Click Edit button-->Input time-->Press OK button to finish the setup-->Press 12Hour or 24Hour button to adjust time display mode.
[H1 HH:MM] means the time is running in 24 hour display mode. For example, 8pm displays [H1 20:00]

100-minute Countdown Timer
You can set up at most 100 minutes under the countdown function. Start from [Dn 99:59] to [Dn 00:00]. You can also set up any start time below [Dn 99:59]. Follow these steps to program your countdown timer:

The countdown starts to run the time you set up all the way to [Dn 00:00]. You can stop/start the time or start over by clicking on Reset button.

100-minute Count-up Timer
You can set up at most 100 minutes under the count-up function. Start from [UP 00:00] to [UP 99:59]. You can also set up any stop time above [UP 00:00]. Follow these steps to program your count-up timer:

The count-up starts to run the time from [UP 00:00] all the way to the stop time you set up. You can stop/start the time or start over by clicking on Reset button.

Answer: | There is a lot of different hardware you can attach to the bands so it varies. The actually rubber part of the band from clip to clip is approximately 45inches. I measured the 5lb and 3lb bands, but I'm pretty sure they are all the same length. I hope this helps :) |

While the quality of Black Mountain seems acceptable, I returned them based upon their limited usage directions of one year only.....I will be using my bands much longer than a year personally and training clients. Plan and Program Your Workouts
You can store up to 10 workout plans(P0-P9), under each you can custom 9 intervals(F1 to F9 with workout time and rest time). It's essential to design your workout plans before you get started. Follow the below steps to program your gym timer:
Step 1: Store your workout plan under a shortcut key, like P1. So, press number 1 on the remote, Now the timer screen reads [P1];
Step 2: Press button F-A to input your work time, then press C-U to input rest time. If you have more than one interval, continue to press F-A and C-U button until you finish all the intervals setting;
Step 3: Press Enter button to Exit button to save the program and quit the setting.
Step 4: Press Start to begin.

When plug in the timer, it's running in clock function. If the clock is running in other functions, press Clock button to enter clock function mode. Press Edit button on the remote to adjust your clock to your local time. Follow the below steps to change:
Click Edit button-->Input time-->Press Enter button to finish the setup-->Press 12/24H(A+) button to adjust time display mode.
[H1 HH:MM] means the time is running in 24 hour display mode. For example, 8pm displays [H1 20:00]
[H2 HH:MM] means the time is running in 12 hour display mode. For example, 8pm displays [H2 8:00]
100-minute Countdown Timer
You can set up at most 100 minutes under the countdown function. Start from [Dn 99:59] to [Dn 00:00]. You can also set up any start time below [Dn 99:59]. Follow these steps to program your countdown timer:
Press Edit button-->Input your start time-->Press Enter button to save your time.
The countdown starts to run the time you set up all the way to [Dn 00:00]. You can stop/start the time or start over by clicking on Reset button.
The timer will make a beep sound for 3 seconds when it hits zero.
10 second countdown preparation time applies to this function.
100-minute Count-up Timer
You can set up at most 100 minutes under the count-up function. Start from [UP 00:00] to [UP 99:59]. You can also set up any stop time above [UP 00:00]. Follow these steps to program your count-up timer:
Press Edit button-->Input your stop-->Press Enter button to save your time.
The count-up starts to run the time from [UP 00:00] all the way to the stop time you set up. You can stop/start the time or start over by clicking on Reset button.
The timer will make a beep for 3 seconds when it hits the stop time.

Stopwatch: Just press Stopwatch button to run the time in minutes seconds and 1/100s from [00 00:00]. You can stop/start it as well;
Tabata: 20 seconds workout 10 seconds rest with 8 rounds. Just click and begin. 10 second countdown preparation time applies to this function.
FGB1: It's a 5 minutes workout 1 minute rest with 5 rounds(FGB1) workout method; Just click FGB1 button and start to begin. 10 second countdown preparation time applies to this function.
FGB2: It's a 5 minutes workout 1 minute rest with 5 round workout method; Just click FGB2 button and start to begin. 10 second countdown preparation time applies to this function.
