Answer:	I had the same question and just found the answer on Swingline's website. SF1 are standard staples in a "full strip," i.e., 210 staples per strip. A full strip is about 4 inches (10.16 cm) long. "Standard" staples means they're made of Swingline's standard quality of metal wire.SF4 are also full-strip staples, exactly the same size as SF1, but are "premium" because they're made of a stronger wire (specifically, with greater tensile strength), which Swingline says results in 75% fewer misformed staples.SF3 are exactly the same as SF4, except they are "half strip" staples, i.e., 105 staples per strip. A half strip is about 2 inches (5 cm) long. There's no difference between any of the dimensions of the individual staples. Question:	How do I know what size staples will be needed? Need to redo the fabric on my ottomon and seat covers
Answer:	For general purpose household use, I use the 3/8 for most jobs. You should measure how thick your cover material is and add how thick your wood is to get the right size. Example: doing cardboard strips over plastic sheet for window coverings, the cardboard is about 1/6" thick, the plastic sheet is 9ml thick, and the window frame is 1" thick. I would use 3/8" staples to get decent penetration or 1/2 - 17/32 if it was outside (due to wind). For my bike seat cover I used 3/8" and it work fine. Hope this helps.
Question:	is there a safety release? I can't get it to fire a staple
Answer:	No safety release. You probably have a staple stuck in the firing mechanism. Two of mine started jamming constantly so I set them aside. Eventually, I contacted Arrow through their website, asking about repairs. They have a program that will fix your stapler for $8. I sent them both staplers and a week later, TWO NEW STAPLERS arrived at my door. Check that out.
Question:	Do I need to be a weight lifer to fire the trigger hard to fire? I need to use one hand to hold and one hand to fire
Answer:	49 year old woman with tendinitis and rotator cuff issues. It definitely takes both hands and some pressure for me--more if I need to get the staples all the way in, reliably; less if I just need them to grab and hold. Overhead, I can do 50, take a long break, then another 50, in a day. If I want a perfect job, maybe 30 staples, and pressing downwards or sideways, not overhead. On the good side, it jams way less than some supposedly "self firing" staplers I have used, and I don't fear nailing myself in the thigh if I get careless and roll onto it (a grounded fear based on a prior bad experience). And it'll hold up to a more powerful user whaling away at it, without going wonky.

Answer:	In short, yes, the EX-25 electric stapler should be a great solution for the daily demands you noted. Assuming no faulty staples are used, jamming should never occur when stapling 25 sheets or less of 20lb. bond paper. Question:	Where do you get the AC adaptor
Answer:	The AC Power Adapter is now included in the box. If you ever need a replacement simply contact EcoElectronix through Amazon and they'll send you one free of charge.
Question:	How many inches deep, does it go into paper? Would it work on cardboard, like cereal box material? How thick is the bottom part
Answer:	Hi Betty,The opening of the stapler is about one quarter inch. I put together 27 sheets of 20 bond paper and the staple went through all of them at once. I tried 12 sheets of 3 X 5 cards and the staple went through that easily. I have my margin set for one eighth inch. But the margin can be larger if a person wanted it to be. I use regular staples. I did not try to use breakfast food carton cardboard, but I see no reason why that would not work as long as it would be under one eighth inches in thickness.Don
Question:	refill tray does not come out all way
Answer:	We recommend using your hands to pull the staple tray all the way out (Don’t be afraid to use a little extra force while pulling). The staple tray does not pop all the way out on its own, but pops out just enough so you can grab it and pull it out by hand. This is normal and nothing to worry about. Sometimes the staple tray is a bit stiff at first, but the more it's opened fully, the easier the tray will slide back and forth over time.

Answer:	Very, very similar. We bought this one after an iPhone upgrade since MagPul stopped making phone cases. Loved my MagPul case but this one is a great substitute.
