Answer:	We called the balance form company and their voicemail box was full, so we could not leave a message. Amazon, the company or UPS had no tracking information on ours and we never received it. We just got issued a refund through Amazon.

Answer:	Great question! We do not encourage or promote striking objects with our Chopper fitness product. However, it is built to be very durable and we do have a number of customers that use the product to hit padded objects with no issues at all (such as a heavy bag, gym mat and tire). Unfortunately, given that it is not a use case we promote, if there is any damage that occurs to the product from striking objects it may void the warranty.

Answer:	Great question! In general, you could do many of the same movements and exercises with a steel club and a Chopper. However, there are a few big differences with the actual product construction of a Chopper and a steel club that definitely impact the effectiveness of exercising with the tools. To start, we have a patented asymmetric weight distribution with our Chopper that enables an increased level of effort to move the device. This makes the exercises and workouts much more challenging than using a steel club. Second, our Choppers are made of incredibly durable but more "friendly" materials that won't damage your floors, etc. The steel construction of clubs make it more difficult to use in a place like your living room where it could easily damage the floor when you set it down. Finally, when you purchase a Chopper, it also comes with a mobile app at no extra cost packed with numerous guided workouts. Our programming is designed specifically for the Chopper and is not something you'll get if you purchased a steel club.

But I will say that My deluxe Invoices software lasted me for over 15 years and I probably would have been able to transfer the software if my computer wouldn't have died.

Inventoria includes Web Access functionality that lets it run as a server, with remote users logging in via a web browser.
