Answer:	Looks like everyone is getting a different answer! On my clipboards the whole retractable tab is 7mm wide. The actual hole is 4mm in diameter.

Answer:	I never thought of putting them in a dishwasher. I don't know. I will tell you that they were shrink wrapped before the hardware was put on, so it's hard to get all of the plastic wrap off. I would be concerned about water getting under the hardware and taking a long time to dry.

Answer:	I do not recall where it was made. It arrived in 1-2 days so I know it was not shipped from China, but can't say where they were made.

Answer:	No. This is a solid clipboard. There is no hole for a hook. If you plan on wall mounting this clipboard I suggest double sided stick tape. I believe command makes some as well.
