Answer:	I think it would work fine as long as the items do not have a low melting point. Also, some rounded edges might be more noticeable because of the extra material in the seam when it shrinks.

Answer:	They are fine, I purchased these recently to wrap some soaps I made. I don’t know how to tell the gauge, but no they are not yellow. All 500 in a stack has a slight yellow tint to it, but individually they are crystal clear

Answer:	A little. I’m sure it would be much easier with a handle, but I’ve been able to use it without one without too much hassle. I lay it on my bed, wrap my item, then cut with scissors.

Answer:	I didn’t have any trouble with it. I did put a piece of double stick tape on the end as I cut it so I could find it but I was using it for stage decor and was anchoring it at the top of foam core and rolling it down. If you are wrapping it may be helpful to use a dowel in the center of the roll

Just would recommend low heat for the cookies. But i think it would be doable.

Question:	Can I use this in place of tape to finish braided rope
Answer:	No it does not. But you can get a perforator for most sealers.
Question:	Does this shrink wrap film have the pin hols to release trapped air
Answer:	I use a heat gun and it works well.
Question:	Can this be used with a heat gun or does it require the L-gun
Answer:	It’s folded in half on the roll. I found it easier to double heat the side you will cut, as it helps to cut in between and doesn’t shrink too much (so then shortens the seem sue to shrinking)... and is prepped for the next section for use. This way you are sealed on three sides prior to the cut. I wish I bought wider one tho.
Question:	does it roll out like a sleeve, two sides for inserting stacks
Answer:	You could wrap a vehicle with this, but it would be very time consuming, to wrap each time. A cover specifically for the vehicle would be best.

Question:	How long is the film roll
Answer:	75 gauge polyolefin, FDA approved for direct food contact, will work well for your frozen foods (we have many customers using it for frozen pizza, meats etc) and will also allow the scent of your soaps to pass through the film, so your customers need not jam the bars up their nose (ewww!) to smell the fragrance, as they are typically wont to do! Just for the asking, you can have an 18", 500 foot roll included with your system.
Question:	I will be using it for soap and food for the freezer what gauge do I need
Answer:	Typically, when you can only wrap a single item at a time (unlike soap, or DVD's) you want to use as much of the WIDTH of the roll, and as little of the length...so in this case, we take the width of the item, 16, and add HALF the height, 2.5, for a total of 18.5, rounded up to the next even number, this comes to 20", then allow 2" for the seal (the 1.5" left from 20" might work, but you'll have to position the wand SO precisley, the value of the time it will take is not worth the cost of the wasted inch or so of film.So, the 24" system will work fine. If you choose to order a larger, more economical roll than a 500' roll, in the future, you could get away with a 22" roll. The film you want to use is Polyolefin. It's FDA approved for direct food contact.If your trays are thin, and could be bent (by the force of the shrinking film) easily...go for 60 gauge Poly. It's thin, easy to cut and seal, and quick to shrink. If your trays are RIGID, or you want/need more strength, for shipping or general mishandling, 75 gauge would be stronger...t takes a little more effort to cut and seal, and takes a bit longer to shrink, but your payback is measured by the extra strebgth and opuncture resistence of the film. If the tray is going inside a box, the thinnest film should suffice. If they'll be stacked...go with the thicker 75 gauge. No difference in price. If you do decide to place an order... PLEASE...indicate your selection SOMEWHERE in the order. Amazon doesn't consider our category worthy of being able to offer different film types as a part of the ordering process (like picking the color of a shirt), so, we have have to email each purchaser, and find out the film type, unless they tell us what they're wrapping. If we're not sure what's best, make a choice, and we can send samples of the other gauges/varieties of film, and if you porefer one of THOSE, over the roll you rec'd with your system...we can just swap your roll....you mail us yours, we'll send you ours. No money changes hands. If we discuss your application, and WE make a recommendation, you end up not agreeing with it, preferring one of the samples, we'll pay the freight in both directions, for exchanging the roll of film. Answer:	No, this plastic is not meant for heat shrinking.

Question:	Is this product UV resistant? How well would it hold up outdoors
Answer:	It is stretch wrap but most people call it shrink wrap, pallet wrap, or plastic wrap.
Question:	Isn't it stretch wrap, not shrink wrap
Answer:	If needing to do that, I would find more of a “shrink band” situation, already sealed in the end and heavier gauge, then shrink around the rope. The amount of waste to get this product to sorta do that wouldn’t be worth it I believe it would probably heat “off” of the rooe too, due to its thinner aspects too! Good luck!
