Answer:	Recyclable in that you'd re-use it for mailing? Possibly. If you can get the mailing label off. You'd also have to use scissors to cut the package open but then to re-use the envelope again, you'd have to retape it. But to dispose of it as recyclable material? I have no idea.

Answer:	No. A 4” round item with any depth would not fit. You would also have to at least add thick cardboard so the wood wouldn’t break. I suggest you use a box. A store, especially a grocery store, will give you free cardboard/boxes if you ask nicely.

It's a little more sturdy than I USUALLY like (which is better for its primary purpose, lol) but it's got a great, satisfying snap and clearly defined individual bubbles. This would be the easiest way, I believe: If you tear off 1 of the 12-inch square pieces (where it is perforated), count those bubbles and multiply the total by the number of feet in your roll, you'd get pretty close. However, it won't be absolutely correct if there are any broken bubbles because a broken bubble would no longer be a bubble, so you couldn't add it in. Be nice people.
